Cheaper to replace the whole heater than just the parts for my old one. I was skeptical on the price however it functions just as good and looks as good as heaters 3x it's price. We have a lava heat italia fire tube heater that puts out less heat than this that literally costs almost 2000. The assembly was simple and after it's all together it's sturdy. It does come with floor anchor brackets ( put those on first regardless of instructions) . No issues so far after multiple uses. I did give it a couple day break in on low heat short uses as well.

It is not a bad heater at all, it does not do well if the temp is below 40 or if it is a bit windy. It goes through propane rather quickly as well. But it does do its job well, and keeps me warm when I want it to.

Style: Heater with Sand Box
I've only used this heater once, and I already love it. It came as well packed as you would find a laptop or desktop pc. The parts are robust, and the finish on all of the exposed components is powder coated. The base is very well made. They made it easy to fill the sub base with sand or gravel to give it extra weight to keep it from blowing over in high winds. The control valve and ignitor are commercial grade. It did take about an hour to put it all together, but I was being meticulous to make sure there weren't any extra parts laying around. You will need a phillips screwdriver and an extra crescent wrench to help tighten some of the screws and nuts. There is a nut wrench that is included with the screws. The package that included the screws was very well labeled, and the construction manual was very precise. You didn't have to spend a lot of time comparing bolt sizes to make sure you were using the correct length. Well worth the money if you want to heat your patio.

Easy assembly, great price, seems to be quality product. Takes about an hour to assemble, hardest part is pulling off the blue plastic protection, not terrible, just time consuming. Just note, There is no door for the tank, you actually lift the whole bottom up for propane replacement. It’s easy, just a note for others looking to purchase as my previous heaters always had a little door similar to a grill. Anyhow, for under $100 bucks, I would highly recommend.

This is a great backyard heater. We just switch out our propane tank with the grill. We’ve had some really strong winds lately but it hasn’t blown over. Nice warmth during the cool evenings. Love it.

After all the years purchasing on Amazon this is my first product review. Very disappointed with this purchase. Product says tip proof but it has fallen over on two occasions during 15-20 mph winds. Subsequently the top and frame are now bent.

We ordered this when a very unexpected cold spell came through and we were having a birthday party at the house. This was easy to put together and it put out some really good heat to keep people warm, who chose to stand outside.
