The fan works quite nicely, BUT... 1-Worst instructions ever(I've done a dozen fans and have plenty of experience) 2-the remote unit does NOT fit inside many ceiling boxes(like mine that already had an older fan installed) 3-If your ceiling has ANY slope(mine is about 10-15 degrees), you will need to use a cutoff wheel to remove a piece of the mount(see photo). 4-I could not figure out how to use the old wiring so that the light was on a wall switch and fan was done with the remote. I ended up stuffing the switched wire into the box and the remote controls both light and fan(not ideal, but I can live with it). Its not all bad as the fan looks nice, is quiet enough and the light has adjustable color temp and dimming. ***FOLLOW UP**** after a month, the fan started making a ticking sound at all the lower speeds making it impossible to sleep with it running. Nothing was touched so I have no idea why and purchased a different brand. *** After my initial review, the company reached out and was very supportive and ended up giving me a full refund. Because of this after-sale support, I changed to 5 stars because this is unheard of these days to find a company that supportive and understanding. As I have had ticking with other brands, anyone can have a defective product. The difference here is that the company took the high road and that impressed me. I will certainly give this brand future consideration, despite the problems this time.

The media could not be loaded. Purchased the white Fan. Suprisingly found the fan blades have a natural oak color on the other side which looks even better for my home！Great quality！The light has different colors and intensity. The fan has different speed. The remote makes everything more convenient so I don't need to get up to turn the light or fan. Don’t need to change the switch either！ Love it so much！ The only improvement I can think of is the instructions booklet. The instructions could be better. It takes a while for me to install it， but I am very satisfied after installation！

If you've never installed a ceiling fan before and your planning on installing yourself, Do not buy this fan! I've installed many fans and this has got to be the hardest fan I've ever installed. The instructions are terrible! I had to make slight revisions to get this fan installed. The good part is that once you've installed it, it's a very nice looking and smooth running fan. Not too sure about the quality and how long it'll last, so we'll see! Good luck!

Don't even waste your time reading the directions - they might as well not even include them, because they are so USELESS. The fan itself is fine, though five blades is a little too much for me, because at that point of installation, three blades would be just fine. There's a receiver that connects between your electric and the fan itself for the remote to work. They don't tell you where to put said receiver so you have to imagine how on this earth this would connect and still be hidden by the cone. I wish I had taken pictures for you, which would have helped, but there was no way I was taking everything apart to show you where things went. There's a mounting bracket that goes to the ceiling and the receiver goes in between the bracket and the pipe that hangs down to connect the fan. You just wedge it in there. Maybe. If I did it right. Don't forget to wire everything through the pipe or else the wires will be exposed; they don't tell you this in the "instructions." You have to take apart the top of the pipe, by the way, in order to snake everything through. Then you have the wires coming out of the top of the pipe and in between the receiver and the ceiling, if you can picture that in your head. So it goes pipe, receiver, ceiling and the bracket goes around the receiver. You'll know it once you see the parts. Maybe. Don't forget the two cones - one for the ceiling and one for the fan side. The fan is quiet and it has several speeds and different LED hues, but it's a little bit unnerving to only have the remote as a control, with no fall-back options to control the fan and/or light besides the light switch on the wall which you leave on and use the remote to control everything. Keep a couple extra AAA batteries close, just in case. I almost forgot about the LED light. You connect it, then you let it hang and put the cover over it, hanging on the plastic cover. It's not engineered properly. This could have been SO much easier with proper instructions. I bet 85% return this after they get two steps in. If you're not handy, patient or both, don't bother with this one. The remote is flimsy and the unit beeps every time you change a setting. I'm buying a fan made in the USA next time and no LED light, because I just realized if this light goes out, I have to replace the whole thing.

The fan looks nice, that’s where it stops. I can’t even tell you if it works or not because the receiver is too big to fit ANYWHERE. Additionally, the directions are useless. My husband is experienced with ceiling fan installations and said he’s never seen a receiver that big. Unfortunately, it’s past the return date because I gave as a gift, so by the time I gave the gift and trued to install, it was past the return date.

My husband who is an electrician ( for 29 years ) struggled for 2 hours to try to put this up. He said every time he’s put together a fan, you assemble on the mount as you go. This one had to be assembled first, then he put it up. Nothing in the directions suggests that. I hope it works and he didn’t waste his day.
