The chair was easy to assemble. One person can do most of it with the exception of needing 2 people to assemble the seat and the back. The arms gave me a little trouble but my husband was able to get them on properly. The chair seems sturdy. I like the massage and the heat. I also really like the foot rest but wish it could somehow lock in place. Since I’m shorter I can scoot up close to the desk with the foot rest up, which is great. I’m glad I purchased this chair. More comfortable than a kitchen table chair for studying.

Im a plus size guy and use this chair as part of my gaming setup and for the price, it is very comfortable! I can easily put in an 8 hour or longer gaming session in it. The chair was easy to assemble, and altho some of the parts felt cheap, it has held up amazing over the last 4 months. I haven’t use the foot rest because of how cheap it feels, almost like an afterthought. The heated seat gets warm enough to feel and the massage function is surprisingly strong for the price of the chair. I recommend buying this chair if you are heavy set, want some gimmicky features and are in a budget!

The chair is nice and sturdy, the only complaint I have is that the leg rest is weak and held on by plastic mounts, when you extend it out it feels like it will snap off if you rest your legs on it, it bends down very easily and you can tell it’s weak. Other than that it feels great and it’s nice and sturdy as well as comfortable.

Very easy to assemble, but must follow instructions. The only thing tricky was getting the arms installed correctly by ensuring the arm is fully ON the mounting pipe, then pushing the bolt in far enough to connect to the nut inside the back. Comfy, yeah! Were it perfect the back would be about 6” taller, & the top bolster would be adjustable back to front. I’m 5’9”, & the top of the seat hits the middle of my head; my head tilts forward, ergo I’d like the adjustable bolster. Of course, if it did these I’d cost more, and the price is spectacular given all of its features.

I also love the fact that it matches my barber chairs!! There is nothing worse than sitting at a computer and filing paperwork and this chair has made life so different even though I still hate doing the paperwork the wide back and quality make it that much more worthwhile! The customer service was outstanding in regards to a question that I had they were super responsive on time and if and when I need another chair I will definitely be purchasing from them again!!

I got this chair for Mother's Day and my mom has terrible back problems in the lower part of her back. So I was hoping that this massager and heater would help with that and turns out it actually did! I was quite surprised! And I would refer any person looking for an easy to put together a chair that is super comfortable! What I also love is the fact that it has a pull out footrest and you can recline the back of the chair all the way back to turn into a recliner! Well done! Definitely worth the $40 I paid in shipping

Looks great, massage and heat are better then others, soft well made BUT, I feel like I'm sliding off the chair when it is reclines, also, I believe the description says it is also a 'rocker' but no it isn't (unless I'm missing something but I don't think so). For a swivel/recliner chair it's ok. PS, I put this together by myself and when attaching the back to the seat the metal 'part' hanging down from the 'back' goes INSIDE the metal bracket of the seat, the 3 holes line up perfectly (just takes a little muscle to get the bolts to go in)!
