So I was hoping that this massager and heater would help with that and turns out it actually did! I was quite surprised! And I would refer any person looking for an easy to put together a chair that is super comfortable! This chair is firm but soft where it needs to be. It is pretty sturdy. Mine had a broken wheel and I contacted customer service and they sent me replacements. It is very easy to assemble. The seat has a little weight so you may need another person for that part. As far as appearance, it is a very professional but fluffy looking chair. As far as the adjustments, it goes back as far as it says. I think there are three settings for height. Remember to lock the seat when you adjust the tilt.

I paid around $150 after everything was said and done. The chair came several days early, took about 30-45 minutes to put together, the instructions were easy and self explanatory, and the chair is really comfy! Seat heating and the massage feature work great and it looks good Can’t complain and would definitely buy again

When buying any item to be assembled, company needs to ensure all screws are exactly fitting and hold the parts tightly together. This chair fails to fulfill both requirements, 2 arm screws were smaller in size and chair could not be assembled. I had to spend hours finding exact fit and pay for it. I set up the chair as I did not get in hassle of returning.But in couple of days itself all screws keep getting lose and making chair uncomfortable.

i work at front desk , i have to sit on a chair over 10 hours a day , my back hurts all the time .the only way i can rest my back is to lay flat. this chair saved my life .it reclines almost flat, and it allows me to rest my legs . the padding is comfortable, material is not that good feels cheap especially the plastic parts . but think about the value , withthe massage and heating function. it's worth it . and most important is it does the job , it works as a comfortable chair . and it allows me to lay almost flat . exactly what i needed .

I am 6.3 tall and 185lbs with very bad feet and legs. Bought this for my personal office and it's a prayer answered! looks fabulous with my brown leather den furniture as well here in my man cave off my master bedroom. Taking it over the top are the heat and massage features, WOW!!!! I dont want to get out of the chair. When done with personal office stuff, turn around, recline with the foot rest out and watch TV. I wish I had bought it much earlier. No rocking option but not an issue as the comfort and other features make up for that one missing LOL.
