TLDR: It’s good. Using for 1 MiniLop Packaging and assembly: 1. Package arrived pretty dang fast. Tracking was accurate. It arrived in good condition. 2. All parts were packed nicely protected and everything was intact and all parts were there. 3. The instructions were easy enough to follow. My husband and I put it together in about an hour. It probably could be assembled by just one person. 4. It had an odor so we let it sit in the open air outside for the first day overnight to air out. Not bad enough to be a complaint. Just an observation really. ***feels pretty sturdy**** Good quality notes: 5. The ramp and supporting board have protective metal(aluminum?) on the edges to protect against chewing. 6. The other thing I noticed that I felt was very good design was that almost all wood edges (that animals would chew) are on the outer side of the cage and the inside is protected with the wire mesh. Most interior areas are smooth and cannot be chewed. The only spot our bunny has tried to chew was one of the steps on the ramp. But we put oats on the steps to train him to use it so that could be our fault. 7. We have just one Mini Lop and it seems appropriate for him. I would not recommend this size for more than one rabbit. 8. I love all the doors and ways to check in on bunny, pet bunny and clean the cage. It’s nice to have access to all parts. —-my only suggestion would be for there to be a wire/mesh grate for the floor above the pull out tray. ... show more

The design is awesome. Turns out really nice IF you pay attention to the directions and predrill where screws go. One small board was cracked but glued it with lexal. Worth the money took 30min to assemble with 2 people.

I paid $40 for shipping, and there were several items broken. But the thing I hate the most about this is that it has NO FLOOR. We needed a rabbit hutch where our little bunny wouldn't have to walk around in his waste, so we bought this thinking it would have a wire floor where droppings would pass through into the drawers below. It has drawers, just no floor, so animals still have to walk around in it. It makes no sense to have drawers that pull out but no floor. The other thing was that after paying $40 shipping, there were several pieces that were either flat out broken or damaged. The lid to the open area was warped and VERY THIN - will easily break. The frame around it was broken, as well - warped and broken. This piece fell off after we assembled it. Also, the hinge piece that attaches the ramp to the upper level was broken off. We couldn't attach it. This renders this product fairly useless. DO NOT BUY THIS. ... show more

This was the perfect fit for one bunny to keep in my daughter's room. It took a while to build but the directions were easy to follow. It did come with a very strong chemical smell so after we built it we put it in an extra room to air out for about a week. There is no longer a smell 4 months later but definitely plan to air it out. The wood is sturdy and the doors are great to have for easy access to the bunny. Looks exactly like the picture and bunny loves it although he does chew on the wood. This was easy to put together but in my opinion it’s not for more then one rabbit I have a Flemish giant in New Zealand mixed and well it’s ok for like night time area but not 24/7 it seams cramped if I put her bowls in there with her.
