Fits true to size. I think I could of sized down and been fine. But surprisingly it works wonder even while not skin tight like you would think you need. 1 week of diving with it and 13 hours underwater. It’s nice. I got 2mm and was in 77 degree water, bought this for 80 degree water but idk was just colder than normal this time of year. Worked great. So easy to pop off after a dive. Don't get the 3mm as it is very difficult to fit over hands and take off - and I am slim. Get 2 sizes larger than you normally take. At 5'11", 170 lbs I am still trying to find the right size. I am sending the XL back because it is too small, especially in the waist area - I have about 35 inch waste and it make me look pregnant and is way to tight, XXL for my dimensions is crazy. All I wanted was to go swimming as water is cool in early summer. Its turning into a major project. Now that its warming up I may skip this until later. ... show more
