It came a lot faster than the expected date. It's a little short but it's fine for me. It's a tough little scooter. I rode around my property through grass, gravel even mud and it had no problem. I love it and highly recommend it as long as you aren't too tall. The seat height is adjustable so it might work for longer legs. There really isn't a lot of legroom but you can stretch your leg out and rest it on the fender. I wanted a small one that I can put in my SUV. This one is perfect for that. The seat and battery lift off easily and the handle folds down. The delivery person did a good job getting it close to the house. I had to open it and take it in a piece at at time which was no problem. It was very easy to put together. You don't even need instructions. It can move but the speed is adjustable. I suggest that you start on slow until you get used to it. It's really pretty and even matches my car. I didn't expect that. It says to charge for 12 hours but it came fully charged. It's a great scooter at a reasonable price. I highly recommend it.

It's parts were carefully packed in styrofoam with the English owner's manual right on top; no scratches. The wheeled base and tiller come pre-assembled. Really, the only thing to do is assemble the seat post and armrests on the chair. After an overnight charge it was ready to go. The seat spins right around and clamps to the post every 45°. It is much more stable than it looks. A large knob allows the tiller to swing right out of the way and clamp down again easily. The controls are super easy to use. Also, the tiller has a grab bar, not a simple handle. It is steered and controlled by either hand, or both. It loads easily into the trunk of my car in several ways. The wheeled base is the heaviest part. It has a suitcase handle at one end and casters at the other. It is brilliantly designed for being driven and transported. There is a problem. The ride is very harsh. My wife at first found the seat too hard, but a little pillow helped support her lumbar. She was able to drive it four miles in D.C. from the hotel to the Vietnam memorial and back; but she felt every curb cut and paver bump. Also, there should be something to support the heels. Maybe pads that fold down in front of the wheel housings; like on a wheelchair.

It was delivered days before it was initially supposed to. Well packaged , very easy to put together. A gorgeous color ( plum ) which is rare , most scooters are red . Not that it matters, it’s well built and sturdy I’m 5’ 9 and I fit comfortably, it’s adjustable . I have a long gravel driveway, so getting the mail or taking the trash can to end was a task. My trash can has wheels , so I tilt it towards me and drive on, pulling the can behind me. Works great! I’ve also discovered…. I bought a metal grocery cart (from Amazon ) I use it to bring groceries etc in the house . Pull it behind me and off I go . I’m sure it could be helpful in many other ways I haven’t discovered yet !

I purchased the M2 model after fracturing my patella. Overall I've been pleased. On the plus side, the scooter works great, was easy to assemble, has a lot of power and arrived before it was scheduled. It is easy to operate and is a good buy for what you get. The only drawback is that the M2 model seat does NOT swivel. Also on the plus side, I received an unexpected call asking if I had any questions and how I was enjoying the scooter. That's great customer service. They sent me a video to disable the back-up beeper which was GREAT and easy to do.

This scooter is just what we needed. The shipping was fast, it arrived earlier than expected. It folds down easily and can be put together quickly. The seat, basket and seat pole all get taken off then the handles bar fold back over the base. The battery lifts off which makes charging easier. The base is heavy so I suggest taking the battery off before lifting it into or out of your vehicle. While one person could lift the base it is easier with two. I could not do this on my own. We have an older Mercedes and it fits easily into the trunk. The scooter has an adjustable speed dial so you can keep pace with people. We bought this for my husband and he has it set at the fastest speed setting, he says it’s so he can zip about and be done faster but secretly it’s so he can buy things without me knowing lol. We are so happy we bought it and recommend it for anyone with mobility issues

Update: this is a great little scooter. My husband tried it out and he liked it. Easy to disassemble and lo ad in the car. When his dad is able to get and about, this will! Be perfect for him. First off just got scooter. Wasn't scheduled to be in until next week, but yesterday got home and it was already here. Package was big and bulky but had my son help me get it into the house. Wasn't as heavy as it looked. My grand daughter actually got it all out of the box and put it together. Was simple as stated. Charged battery over night and this morning gave it a little test run. It is for my 93 year old father in law, but so easy to use. Have some tight spots in my kitchen, but was able to run it through there without any problem, was able to get it turned around easy enough. Now to see how my father in law does with it. So far so good.
