The media could not be loaded. This scooter is beautiful. There was very little assembly required. I had it put together in 10 mins. and the battery was almost fully charged right out of the box. So, I put it together, hopped on it and took a spin. I bought this for my special needs grandson (but now I want one too!) My grandson had a massive stroke at 9 months (SHAKEN BABY SYNDROME) that left the entire right side of his body paralyzed. Over time some right-side body functions returned but not all. He has trouble walking and it hurts him to walk any substantial distances. His right arm and hand never regained any movement, and he is weak on the entire right side of his body. This scooter is his (our) dream come true. He is almost 15 years old now but due to his size people who do not know him often guess that he is only 7 or 8 years old. He is attending his first year of high school and doesn't want me to push him in a stroller anymore when we attend public events. He is often sick due to the meds he has to take daily, including a growth hormone shot every night, so I had to wait to surprise him with it. He was sick for 3 days this time, so I had plenty of time to thoroughly check out every detail on this scooter. I have recently retired from a long career in the electronics contract manufacturing field. The last position I held prior to retiring was as a Process Engineer, but I have held many positions over my career, including electronic and mechanical inspection. Honestly, there is not one feature or detail I would change on this scooter, it's perfect just the way it is. Its runs quiet and it's beautiful to look at. As soon as my grandson was feeling better, I surprised him with this scooter. You can bet how he reacted but, if you would rather watch his reaction then search COWBOY CAYDEN DODARO on YouTube, try not to cry though, but he was so happy with this scooter that I had to cry.
