The scooter arrived with only a couple of pieces needing assembly. After charging the unit overnight, the scooter would not turn on so was useless. I sought a replacement or refund and was immediately contacted by the seller who worked relentlessly to replace the scooter and ensure I was satisfied. They communicated throughout the entire process and followed up frequently to ensure I was fully aware of status and satisfied. I bought this electric scooter for my mom because she can't walk well, and I feel like this has been my best purchase. Now we can enjoy any outing without problems since this scooter can be carried in the trunk of the car because the seat is easily removed and the handlebars lower. Slight damage to fender, and never saw the weight listed on Webb site. After ordering it, it is way too heavy for elderly seniors to pick up and travel with u, doesnt fold up , only seat comes off which does reduce weight by much. I did charge battery and put seat on . I sat on it but never drove it. Tried to put in vehicle but couldnt. I guess need something lighter to handle. ... show more
