First I'll say that the setup of this treadmill has to be the easiest piece of equipment I've ever done. Take the whole thing out of the box, screw in 6 bolts and that's it! I don't think it could have been easier. We've been using this for about 2 weeks now almost every day, sometimes multiple times a day. Mainly it's just been my wife and daughter using it, who are lighter, and they've had no issues with running/walking or using the incline. I've used it a couple times and it worked well for me (170lbs) running with one caveat. If I stepped too close to the edge, the belt would stick. I added more belt oil to the edges and that eliminated the sticking. In any case, if you run in the middle you shouldn't have any issue. For the price point, this treadmill is a very good value. It's solid construction and works well. I'll update if we encounter performance issues. ... show more

So far, I'm liking it. I haven't been able to use it as often as I would've liked, but I got it for my kids too. One is on the high school cross-country team and the other runs at college. They run on it when it's bad weather out. My high schooler is over 6' and the belt is long enough for his stride. Just be prepared for the super heavy, monster size box it will come in, but that shouldn't be a surprise - it's a treadmill. The assembly was easy, much easier than getting the treadmill out of the box! And then having to cut the box up for recycling! But it's all worth it. It's a great treadmill. ... show more

Runs ok, but it will not incline. Not sure if I can do something to fix it myself. Went together easy. Will NOT fit through doorways, so assemble in place. 5 months in.... No programs work. Still walks, but only for a minute or two, then drops down to .6 miles per hour. Bad purchase. I live with it and keep my hand on the speed button. Do not recommend. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Setup was easy, but the thing simply doesn’t work. Have emailed the company per the instruction manual, but have not heard back. Just sent a note via Amazon hoping to hear back. Otherwise pretty damn disappointed. UPDATE: Echo in customer service with Winfita got back with me, sent instructions and I was able to get it up and running. The communication once we connected was flawless and very impressive. I had an issue with shipping (with the carrier having lost my shipment in the Black Friday/cyber Monday rush) and customer service (Amy) helped me and sorted it all out immediately and got the treadmill to me in no time. The customer service was excellent. Ran into a bit of an issue due to shopping which was not the companies fault and when I reached out for support they were with me throughout the whole thing. Not only that but Amy in customer service would update me consistently to make sure the issue was resolved. I can say that the machine is running wonderfully. Revising review - CUSTOMER SERVICE 5 stars. It took a few days for them to respond. After that they responded by email very quickly numerous times. Sent us parts to replace, walked us through installation of said parts ( by email and video). Even offered $100 for our trouble if fix worked. It didn’t. After about 5 weeks of trying we asked for a refund of the entire machine. They quickly authorized a refund through our credit card. THE MACHINE ITSELF 2stars-. It worked great for 6 months . Really liked the size and the position of controls. If you only use it occasionally this would probably be an okay machine for you. However if you use it literally every day for 1 hr and you are a tall 220 lb man , it will probably not last very long. ... show more
