I looked at Peloton and found it uncomfortable to ride and was not fond of having to subscribe for $50/month to have some one motivate me. I also visited a gym supply store and looked at the big name gym bikes. They weighed a ton and they had to be transported standing up (sensitive displays). Then I saw this. I knew that it was going to be quality after digesting online reviews. The documentation was also very clear and this seemed like a professional company. Made in America too. The bike came requiring an hour of assembly (now that I know how to do it, I bet I could do one in 20 minutes). Tools and Bolts came clearly marked and attached to the frame in most places. Weighed about 100 pounds, but in parts it was much less so EASY to carry up stairs to my bonus room to assemble I also bought the pad that was recommended by amazon to go with it. It is nice. Quiet, Sturdy, stable, and so comfortable *especially the seat which adjusts up and down and front to back, The computer and display is bright and intuitive and easy to get a really good workout. The pedals are really nice and comfortable and have the easy lock in and release straps. I love it, but more important my wife loves it, cause it was her BD gift. Well worth the money. Register on line was easy too!

I am 73 and have been unable to visit my gym since March. Cardio is important for me so I researched every upright bike I could fined online. I am not interested in Spinners or Peloton type bikes. I don't need the internet screen nor the cooling fan. I do need a very stable and sturdy bike with good heart rate sensors and a smooth noiseless pedal action. The 3G Cardio Elite Upright Bike has met all of my needs and more. I have had the bike for a month now. I am amazed at the quality of fabrication and the smoothness of operation. You never hear this bike when you are cycling. The electronics have worked flawlessly and the separate chest sensor is accurate. Better than my gym bike! The 3G Cardio took about 2 hours to assemble. I recommend an extra set of hands to help out. The bike is built like a tank and light commercial grade. It arrives in a large shipping box, well packed but heavy and not easy to get to a second floor. I especially like the pre programmed without routines. The price point is reasonable for this quality of construction. Highly recommend.

I bought this bike three weeks ago and have used it every day since - I love it! It is incredibly well-made and sturdy, yet has a surprisingly small footprint (see photos). The seat adjusts both up and down and forward-back, which provides a lot of options for riders of different heights and preferences. It works equally well for me (5'8) for my son (6'3) and a friend (5'4), without maxing out the seat adjustment for any of us, so I'm confident it would work for people at the taller and shorter end of that range. The screen display and programming functions are easy to use, and the shelf provides a comfortable place for an iPad, book or magazine. I called customer service with a question about one of the knob adjustments. I reached someone right away and they were so patient and helpful with my question, encouraging me to call again if there was anything else I needed. I had read that their customer service was great and that was one of the reasons I chose this bike (after a lot of research) - now I know I made a great choice!

Great purchase! I was initially a little gun shy on choosing an exercise bike because I have encountered so many uncomfortable and / or broken bikes at hotels and gyms so I was a little lost on what brand and model to go with that was going to hold up and be comfortable. I have now used this for over a year and it is everything I had hoped it would be. I purchased this on the recommendation of a friend in the fitness industry. I wanted something reasonable in cost but high quality and this bike strikes that perfect balance - makes it easy (well, easier!) to motivate to use it. My original motivation was due to knee pain I was experiencing and my Physical Therapist told me biking helps with knee issues. She was right, my knee pain went away. I now use the bike regularly just for exercise and recently added a 3G elliptical machine to vary the routine. I don't typically write reviews but my satisfaction with 3G made me want to do something to support this company because I believe my motivation to consistently exercise is due in part to this equipment. The equipment looks great (good enough that I keep it in my main living area so it is harder for me to ignore), are compact, and easy to assemble and use. Solid choice that I am extremely happy with and highly recommend.

First off, UPS is so, so rough on packages. Maybe more recently with the round of layoffs in the news as their partnership with Amazon ends. Maybe that got my box extra "treatment". The box arrived scuffed up but not obviously crushed or damaged. Opening up the box and pulling parts out we find that the back part where the plastic shrouds meet had come apart. Getting all the packing cleared away and not just pulled apart but the 3 screw posts are broken off and the end cap is cracked. Honestly if they threw in some of the plastic airbags taped them around the end of the bike it might survive transit better. This is where 3G Cardio come in to their own. 10 minutes on a call with Bryan (sales but so so helpful) explaining the issue and then in contact with Keith (service manager) and within an hour of calling they had ordered parts and shipped them off within a few days. Even added in a crank puller I would need and didn't have. Amazon would have just said box it back up and return it - yes this is a 100lb box - not fun. 3G Cardio really does have AWESOME customer service - strongly recommended - based in Arizona. Putting the bike together was not too hard (outside of my having to replace my shroud and end cap - lots of fun but doable!) you DO have to pay attention to the instructions and not skim them. 1. Dropping in the seat post - yes you HAVE to unscrew the knob to retract a metal V that will stop the post and confused me for a good 5 minutes before rereading the instructions. 2. The rear stabiliser is less obvious to get front to back than the front bar. Just couldn't get it to bite on the bolts until the wife suggested turning it around. Whoops. 3. Do NOT tighten all the screws on the electronic box as you put them in. Get them in and then work around tightening. 4. The shroud at the bottom of the handle bar pillar is VERY tight - that was another 5 minutes of swearing and then it just slipped on As for the bike, it is solid steel construction. Whisper quiet operation and already enjoying it in the mornings instead of fighting out into the -7F weather outside for my usual walk. Highly recommend the bike and company.

I have two things to review. First, the bike: After researching other upright bikes like the Schwinn and Nordic Track (both a little cheaper) I decided to go with this one. Based on the reviews I got the idea that it was more like a professional machine that you would find at the gym, and indeed it is! This upright bike is definitely worth the extra money. It's very solid and quiet--almost silent, actually. It's also very comfortable to ride. I got it to replace my old Schwinn and it's MUCH better. I'm extremely happy with it. Second, the customer support: I ordered the bike from Amazon and unfortunately it was damaged during shipment. The box was beat up and some of the hardware had fallen out and the base was broken in the back. It had obviously been dropped at some point. It was still functional, although a bit wobbly because of the missing hardware, so I decided to try and replace the broken and missing parts rather than go through the hassle of returning it and waiting for a replacement. I contacted the manufacturer directly to see if they could sell me the parts. A person got back to me right away--even though none of my issues were the fault of 3G Cardio, they told me that they would ship all the parts immediately free of charge! It was so nice to be able to talk to an actual human being and they definitely stand behind their products. My new bike is now perfect. I highly recommend it both for the quality of the product and because of the excellent customer support.

Was looking for an exercise bike with a sturdy build, an upright body position and magnetic resistance. The 3G UB appeared to fit the criteria. So far the build seems solid, it has a small footprint, is easy to move and I like the body position as I do not stand up to pedal. Customer service was spot on with a quick replacement for a scratched up leg support however, there are some misses in the build that need to be addressed: 1. There is no place to put a cell phone or pad. It does have a small pocket that does not fit a phone and a tiny plastic shelf that I wouldn't trust any expensive electronics on - Cheap and Poor Design. 2. The seat has an upward angle which can make it uncomfortable and there is no tilt adjustment. I had to slide the seat all the way forward and sit towards the back of the seat. The seat has a 3-bolt attachment which should be easy to incorporate a tilt adjustment on but because of the way it is attached, you cannot replace it with another bike seat - Poor Design. 3. The readout is a little small but OK, the problem is the software is crude and should be more intuitive. It makes you scroll through data you have already entered every time you use a program. They tried to do too much with too little. I have used bikes 1/3 the cost of this one that had more elegant software programming - Expected More For The Price. 4. The advertisement for this bike touts sturdiness and entry level club build which they did a good job with on the frame but they had a big miss on the electrical outlet. It uses a short DC converter cord with small inlet on bottom back of the frame. It has that clunky cube on the plug end that you have to run an extension cord to so the cube just sits on the floor close to the bike and I can easily see catching your foot on the cord and trashing the connection - Poor design for the price. Should have an integrated cord with rugged connection point on the bike that can take a little abuse. The bike has potential but I cannot recommend it with the current flaws and an $1100 price tag.

I would give it 5 stars after I use it longer. Only had it for two weeks. Well built, smooth pedaling, easy to adjust and make comfortable for my 6ft. 185 lb. body. Assembly is fairly easy. All tools needed are provided. Various settings for different intensity. Customer service is actually a live friendly voice. I had an issue where I thought I was missing a part. I called them and they were going to overnight it the same day. I later realized the part was under the styrofoam packaging. Called them back, got the same live voice and had them cancel the overnighted part. Very nice people to deal with. Gym quality feel.
