  • Very quiet recumbent bike!
I really like this bike, the seat is adjustible and is super comfortable, very quiet. It does not feel like you are even exercising when riding it but you can feel after getting off of the bike that you have indeed done some exercising! Took my husband a couple of hours to put together, all the parts were clearly marked. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow, printed in English! Seems to be a well made sturdy bike, it was a lot more expensive than some other name brand recumbent bikes. But then again you get what you pay for and this bike is so awesome! So very happy with this bike! ... show more

  • Excellent, smooth, and adjustable bike. Easy on the back.
Excellent recumbent bike that's easy to use. It's easy on my back and has lots of adjustability. I paid for the delivery and assembly and it was well worth it. The guys were on time, respectful and cordial. Saved me the time of assembling.

  • Fits a tall guy perfectly, worth every penny!
Based on advice from my orthopedic surgeon and my physical therapist, I ordered this recumbent bike to help with the rehabilitation of my knee. This bike exceeds my expectations in all respects. It is well made, sturdy, and what assembly that’s required is easily accomplished by one person. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. All the necessary tools are provided. At 6’6”, 230 pounds with a 36/37 inseam, I had concerns about proper fitment. I shouldn’t have worried. The bike accommodates me perfectly. In fact, the company is conservative in its description of the maximum leg length permitted. I easily have 2-3 more inches of leg room available, so talk individuals can order this one confidently. The ergonomics are commendable. The length and seat angles are adjustable, the Q factor aligns my legs well relative to my knees and hips. The unit itself is easy to reposition as needed. The 14” display is vivid and sharp, but I honestly just watch something mindless on the TV in my gym. This is NOT the least expensive recumbent bike. However, as with most everything, you get what you pay for. If a top rated, comfortable, well built machine with first class customer support is important to you, well… ... show more

  • Quality Bike That's Easy To Use
First of all, I had already purchased another brand of recumbent bike until I viewed the "Big Guy" review on YouTube. I immediately cancelled my order and changed to the 3G Cardio Elite RB X. I am 6'1" and 260lbs. The 3G Cardio Elite is exactly what the "Big Guy" said it would be, sturdy (not the least but unstable during your work out). The ride is smooth and as quiet as you would expect from a quality piece of equipment. The bike I was going to buy would have costed me half as much, but I would rather pay more and be happy with my purchase, than pay hundreds of dollars and be dissatisfied. Just like the "Big Guy" said, the seat is wide and well cushioned, and has 3 adjustment settings that allow for optimum comfort. The display screen is easy to use. I didn't even have refer to the user manual to understand the basics of being able to maneuver through and set the user functions on the display. Unfortunately, I cannot attest to the east of assembling the bike. I paid extra to Amazon for the service. I'm 64 With a bad back, and a replaced knee. It did however, take the two servicemen about 45 minutes to complete the assembly. The only negative was the fact I was missing 2 screws to an optional part I chose not to attach to the bike. I did however want to have these screws in case somewhere down the line I may want to utilize that part. I contacted a 3G Cardio customer service representative and made arrangements to have the 2 screws send to me. I spoke to a gentleman named Brian who made the experience very pleasurable, which is a rarity in this day and age. He let me know that he also has had the same bike, and if I have any questions whatsoever to contact him on his private number that he emailed to me. Now that's customer service. So once again thanks to Brian and YouTube's "Big Guy" (I highly recommend that you check him out before making a choice regarding exercise equipment). They both helped make me feel I made the right choice in purchasing the 3G Cardio Elite RB X. ... show more

  • Commercial Quality at a Value Price
I have now owned my 3G Cardio Elite RB Recumbent Bike for 3 months, and wanted to wait to write a review until I had a chance to give it a good test. I love this bike. It's as good a quality as the one I used in my Physical Therapy sessions, but probably cost at least a thousand dollars less. The set up directions and format were easy enough to follow, and I did it myself (the hardest part was getting it out of the box). A helper would make it a little faster and easier, but it's not necessary if you have any experience in equipment set up. I did have two very minor issues right away, but they did not keep me from using the bike. I called 3G Cardio Service, and they quickly arranged for a service tech to come out and make the repairs. He did an excellent job, and, being under warranty, there was no charge. Now that I know how to use all the dials and adjustments, I am able to enjoy the bike even more. It takes some trial and error to figure it all out, but ultimately, it's not a long learning curve. My favorite feature would have to be the seat. To begin with, it is very comfortable, but what makes it special is that you can adjust the angle of the mesh seat back...a feature not found on any of the low priced recumbent bikes, and rarely on more expensive ones. It allows you to completely customize the comfort factor to your exact preference. Let's be honest, if you're not comfortable on any piece of workout equipment, you're probably not going to want to use it very often. So, to summarize, this bike is very comfortable, extremely quiet, very substantial (it doesn"t move when I get the speed and resistance humming), has a small foot print and it looks great. I would unequivocally recommend the 3G Cardio Elite RB to anyone looking to purchase a reasonably priced, high quality bike. John G. Aurora, OH 3/18/19 ... show more

  • A Great Semi-recumbent Bike!
In order to form a solid impression of the 3G Cardio bike, I chose to wait 3 months before providing my (lenghty) opinions. First off, some background: over the past 30 years I have owned a wide variety of stationary exercise bikes from major manufacturers, including upright, semi-recumbent, fully recumbent, & spinners. In my opinion, the 3G Cardio bike represents the pinnacle of all of them. It is solidly built and TRULY whisper quiet (the only faint noise that's heard is when the magnetic resistance changes). The spacious seat bottom should be MORE than adequate for the vast majority of users and the mesh back provides excellent ventilation. My only observation is that the seat bottom material gets a bit warmer than some of my previous bikes. But what sets the seat apart from all others is the virtual infinite range in positioning which is due to being able to be adjusted in 3 directions: distance from pedals, seat angle tilt, & seat back tilt. Note that, if necessary, the seating position can be completely adjusted while seated on the bike. I am 5'11' and my wife is 5'2" and both of us were able to find perfectly comfortable final seat positions. Another feature of this bike that really matters to me is the fact that, instead of a large front flywheel assembly, the magnetic resistance mechanism is located in the base housing below the seat. That orientation allows the pedals to be more closely spaced than a bike with a large front flywheel. The end result has been that the positioning of my ankles-knees-hips is far more anatomically aligned than with any other bike that I've owned. At 78 y.o., I have had more than my share of knee and hip orthopedic issues and this bike has been superb in not causing any flare-ups despite almost daily workouts. There are 16 levels of resistance, the higher levels are likely to be sufficiently challenging to all but the most serious cyclists. The on-board programs are well designed and the heart rate programs interface well with either the supplied chest strap monitor or the extremely accurate hand grip detectors. There is the ability for the user to enter up to 4 individual programs (consisting of 20 time increments and 16 levels of resistance) with the bike's computer adjusting at each new segment. The resistance for each segment within any program can be adjusted up or down from either the console or the HAND GRIPS (a really useful feature). I have suggested to 3G Cardio that consideration should be made to allowing the user to make individually programming in WATTS, not just resistance, as this would be of significant benefit to any user who would want to chart improvement over time with a verifiable & reliable metric. I'm hoping that this can be accomplished and subsequently broadcast to existing owners via a firmware update. Customer support has been truly first rate and knowledgeable; it's a real bonus to be able to contact a real person in real time! The retro appearing console is pretty much bare boned compared with the competitors, but is more than adequate in displaying the relevant metrics. Importantly, the 3G Cardio broadcasts Bluetooth FTMS information, allowing the bike to be taken over (made into a slave) by external programs such as TrainerDay, Zwift, MyWhoosh, Kinomap (etc.), offering a vast number of structured riding experiences. The small shelf on the console seems adequate to hold a tablet (if desired) for the display of those apps. My only (minor) quibbles are that the relatively small water bottle holder is awkwardly placed for a recumbent bike rider and that there is virtually no available storage space without making an after market workaround. Of note is that the step through is slightly higher than on bikes that have the flywheel/resistance mechanism at the front, but I doubt that this would prove to be problematic to the vast number of users. Bottom line: I am thrilled to have purchased this semi-recumbent bike, as it fulfills all of my needs in virtual silence. It ticks all of the boxes for my workout needs and is well worth the purchase price. ... show more

  • Comfortable, Well‑Built Recumbent Bike With Great Support
I purchased the bike for my husband's birthday and we took delivery of the 3G Cardio Elite RB X Recumbent Bike on October 24, 2025. Amazon's delivery team did a great job in delivering the bike to the room of our choice. My husband had no issues in assembling the bike since the instruction guide is clear and well‑organized. Since 10/26/2025, my 68‑year‑old husband has been riding the bike seventy minutes a day, five days a week averaging 18 miles a day. He tells me the three‑point seat‑adjustment design, combined with the large pedals, makes those long rides very comfortable. The pedals are so comfortable that he rides the bike wearing just socks/no‑shoes. The side handlebar heart‑rate sensors work well, and the included HRM chest strap is a great addition. Its compact size fits perfectly in our space. There are free and paid fitness apps that support FTMS Bluetooth connectivity, which is a nice bonus. Brian from 3G Cardio has provided my husband with outstanding sales and support services. His responses are quick whenever we have questions and he makes it clear 3G Cardio stands 100% behind their product. The sturdy frame and overall build quality make the bike feel solid and well worth the cost. One issue I’ve reported to 3G Cardio is that the bottom two corners of the display console are very sharp and sit close to my knees while pedaling, and during my exercise I’ve bumped the left corner twice, bruising my leg both times. For now, I’ve added padding to both corners as a temporary bumper guard. Hopefully 3G Cardio will address this by providing a rubber bumper or similar guard that existing customers can apply at home. Besides this issue, I still rate the 3G Cardio Elite RB X Recumbent Bike and their support with 5 stars. ... show more

  • Great bike.
I’ve had my 3G Cardio recumbent bike for a while now, and overall, I really like it. The build quality feels solid—sturdy frame, comfortable seat, and smooth pedaling motion. It’s very quiet, which makes it easy to use while watching TV or listening to music. The console is simple and straightforward, not overloaded with gimmicks, and it gives me everything I need to track my workout. What really stands out to me is how natural the pedaling feels compared to other bikes I’ve tried. The seat adjusts easily and gives good support for longer rides. I also appreciate the compact footprint—it doesn’t take up a ton of space. ... show more
