I am so glad I bought this recumbent/stationary bike. I have used many stationary bikes in gyms and have never found one so comfortable and sturdy as the 3G Cardio Exercise Bike. I was a lifelong runner who recently had to find another way to exercise due to arthritis. This wasn’t easy, but using the 3G Cardio has provided me with an available and great workout tool. For instance, the 3G Cardio bike is conveniently shorter than other recumbent bikes, making it easier for me to find a place for it in my house. In addition, you can adjust the soft seat in three ways (forward and back, up and down, and a tilt adjustment helping you to find the best seating position for yourself. The instructions were clear and straight and the bike can be moved easily. The “ride” is quiet and the pedal spacing is “naturally” narrow and similar to the pedal spacing of a road bike, which minimizes hip and knee strain. The “side heart rate hand grips” also include convenient controls of the display functions on the programming screen. There is also a large button at the bottom of the display screen I can use to control screen data (e.g., “Quick Start” and “Reset”) Regarding Programming, there are 5 built-in programs, along with free Sync FTMS Bluetooth Smart App Connectivity I can use to connect to popular apps. In addition, I can also connect my cycling data to my vivoactive6 watch. This bike is awesome. I bought it on appearance and description. I ordered the delivery with assembly as it was reasonable in cost. It arrived on the date I chose, the delivery guys (2) we friendly and competent. The assembly took the 2 men alittle over an hour and I'm glad I chose inside delivery with assembly as there were quite a few parts and steps in the assembly although the manual apprared straight forward. Basic tools were included and no missing parts. The guys said this was the 2nd one of these they had assembled so they were somewhat familiar but I think after watching them I would have taken somewhat longer to do this and be sure it was all set up and working propperly. So that was yeaterday and my first ride was this morning. Having used treadmills, elipticals and regular outdoor bicycles this bike, recumbent style was of very good quality and easy to use and operate. Very comfortable, adjustable seat and electronics to adjust (I ordered the basic control panel as that is all I need essentially time, distance and pulse rate and resistense. The seat and pedal set up is easy to adjust, solid feel, stable not wobbly and the unit doesn't take up too much space. I actually spoke to the company on the phone before ordering the unit regarding a purhasing question but was connected to a service guy due to a sales person not in the office that day, had a great conversation with the service guy and made me feel comfortable about purchaing oune of thes bikes and he was the guy I'd likely speak ti if I did have questions about the bike or parts. So I got on Amazon and ordered my bike, setup the deluvery date with assembly. I could go on and on but in short I highly reccomend this bike if your looking for a well designed, sturdy, moderatly priced in my opinion considering the quality exercise recument style exercise bike that is easy to use and comfortable. I looked at bikes ranging from $800 to $3000 and this bike at $2000 with free shipping and if you have an Amazon credit card 12 mos no interest this was a good option. I've only had this bike two days but there are no concerns, I'll write further if I encounter any significatant issues.

We have had this bike for two years now, and this is one of the best recumbent bikes I believe you can get. Prior to this, we had the one that clipped to the front of a chair which lasted for six months before we decided it didn't work as well as a fully recumbent bike. We upgraded to another bike which might have lasted four months before coming apart. This one is durable as all get out. It's lasted for two years, and if we wipe it down, it looks like we just unboxed it. It has a solid weight to it, meaning you aren't chasing it around the room. However, it's balanced enough (with front wheels) that one person can lift it from the back, and roll it around to different locations. While the quality is outstanding, it also performs extremely well. This is the equivalent of any bike you would use at a professional gym, with varying exercise programs allowing you to challenge yourself in a variety of ways. If you are considering a recumbent bike, then you will not regret this one. It may be pricier than other bikes, but this one proves you get what you pay for.

I rarely, if ever, write Amazon reviews, but this is one product that truly deserves it. I would give this product six stars if I could. The the bike was delivered one day early and left on my front porch. Fortunately, my detail guy and the lawn sprayer were present and were able to move the box into my exercise room. I’m a 75 year old 100% disabled veteran with a 74-year-old wife. Both of us have mobility issues. With the judicious use of a razor knife we were able to remove the box and reveal the contents. The packaging was overboard if anything. It took us another half hour to cut the packing tape and release the individual parts and then remove the main body of the bike from the Styrofoam. As far as assembly is concerned, I would recommend that you use your own tools if you have them. I have a full mechanics tool set in the garage and found T handle hex wrenches to be much more efficient at assembling the many parts. You can do the job with enclosed tools but the T handles and a quality screwdriver helped things along. It was took us about three hours to assemble the bike. The instructions are clear and readable, but I wasn’t a big fan of the blister pack for holding the screws and washers. It seemed like I spent more time cutting them free, then actually assembling the bike. Nonetheless, every part was there, and every part was used. My doc suggested that I ride 30 minutes a day in order to prepare myself for a back surgery. I originally purchased another, cheaper, recumbent bike but found, because it was uncomfortable,I rarely used it. Not so with the 3G cardio. The three-way seat adjustment must be experienced to be believed. If you can’t find an acceptable position on this bike, you won’t find one on any bike. I initially had some difficulty moving the seat back-and-forth. My wife tells me that the mesh seatback must be in an upright position in order to move the seat, but that doesn’t sound right to me. In any event, I’m still experimenting with the three-way adjustable seat. I suspect it’ll take me another ride or two to get things exactly the way I want them. I don’t find the information screen, particularly intuitive. A few too many button pushes and too much dialing to suit me, but as I use it more, I expect it’ll become more user-friendly. Having said that the screen does provide the necessary information for my use, i.e. a timer, pulse rate, and resistance monitor. I also like the resistance toggle on the side handlebars. It makes it extremely easy to change the resistance without having to bend forward and turn a knob as on my previous bike. I probably will not use the Bluetooth features as I have 60 inch flat screen on the wall. For 30 minutes I can get by just watching the news or some other program. I find myself able to use this bike daily primarily because it’s so comfortable. The petals are larger than on my last bike and the straps click into place with very little effort. They seem well designed for a normal to large size foot. The seat is comfortable, somewhat to my surprise. I sit in a dialysis chair four hours a day four days a week and thus I’m very sensitive to quality seating. I’m able to exercise on this bike and not feel any pain in my lower back or my tailbone. I had to use a cushion on my last bike, but so far I’ve not found that necessary on this one. This bike, while not the cheapest one out there, is an excellent value for the money. I cringed at the thought of spending $2000 for a piece of exercise equipment, but I am extremely happy with my choice. This a quality built machine that I expect one day will go to a child or grandchild.

Based on advice from my orthopedic surgeon and my physical therapist, I ordered this recumbent bike to help with the rehabilitation of my knee. This bike exceeds my expectations in all respects. It is well made, sturdy, and what assembly that’s required is easily accomplished by one person. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. All the necessary tools are provided. At 6’6”, 230 pounds with a 36/37 inseam, I had concerns about proper fitment. I shouldn’t have worried. The bike accommodates me perfectly. In fact, the company is conservative in its description of the maximum leg length permitted. I easily have 2-3 more inches of leg room available, so talk individuals can order this one confidently. The ergonomics are commendable. The length and seat angles are adjustable, the Q factor aligns my legs well relative to my knees and hips. The unit itself is easy to reposition as needed. The 14” display is vivid and sharp, but I honestly just watch something mindless on the TV in my gym. This is NOT the least expensive recumbent bike. However, as with most everything, you get what you pay for. If a top rated, comfortable, well built machine with first class customer support is important to you, well…

The Bike is solid- well built, durable, and all around a quality piece. I set it up so my kids have to exercise to get their playstation to work and we put a few hours a day on it every day. its quite, has smooth resistance, and is comfortable to sit in. Love the reclining seat. The company is a small American company, and when I reached out to them for help they went above and beyond in a way very few companies do business these days. I cannot recommend them enough- they stand behind its product and emphasize customer service in a refreshing way that is hard to find these days. Assembly: took me part of an afternoon. straightforward with good directions. mobility: Bike is easy to move around with the wheels at the front. its quality piece and not light, but I am able to move it (average adult male strength) with one hand. value: we went for the quality piece here, and we got what we wanted. my kids put hours a day and the bike takes the punishment without any issues. its clearly commercial grade quality and thats what we wanted. the feel is solid throughout. I cannot comment on the display because we use built out own interface for the bike that picks up the bike's FTMS bluetooth signal- thats how we use it to drive the kids playstation time.

What a great little machine this is. Silent, solid, amazingly comfortable, well-designed, easy-to-assemble, with great support from the vendor, 3G Cardio. Read on if you want more details. I ordered it with overnight delivery into the room of my choice through Amazon. When it came off the truck, we discovered it was a treadmill. Oh well, everyone is entitled to a mistake. The driver took it right back onto the truck and Amazon credited my account. Didn't even have to fill out a return request. Ordered it again the same day, and the next day I received the correct item. The bike is relatively heavy, so I expected the typical damage to the box. Not so. It comes in a strong cardboard crate with hardly a scratch on the box, despite traveling from Korea. Yes, made in Korea, not China. I cut the box away from its contents and found all the bike parts safely ensconced in custom-fitted blow-molded Styrofoam (that helps explains why no parts were sticking out through the box). To make it even more secure, they wrapped each part with packing tape that was then attached to the Styrofoam. The packaging alone is worth a premium price. I didn't mind that it took a while to get everything out of the box and ready for assembly. Assembly is so easy; they even include the necessary tools. The hardest part was getting the back foot attached to the body of the bike. It wanted to tip over, so I just set the body on a block of wood and the foot attached easy enough. After that, it was a breeze. The instructions are very thorough and written in English by someone whose native language is English, using a grammar- and spell-checker. There is a detailed diagram for each step in the assembly process. A really nice touch is that all the fasteners (bolts, nuts, washers, etc.) are attached to cardboard sheets in blister packs, with assembly diagrams next to each blister. No sorting through a big Ziplock bag full of a bunch of hardware, trying to decide if that bolt is a M6x1. Only the fasteners needed for that assembly step are in that blister. Wow, wish everybody did this. Yes, there are a lot of parts, but I actually enjoyed the hour or so putting it together. Everything fit. Nothing was missing. Anyone can do this. But then, you don't buy a bike just because it's easy to assemble. The bike was well-designed by a small business in Arizona. They clearly took the time to get it right. It's on the heavy side but has wheels in front to allow it to be carted around the room. The weight and the wide footprint mean it doesn't flex or move when you pedal with enthusiasm. It is a compact bike and easily fit in our home gym that is packed full of exercise equipment (that we use daily). Its relatively small form factor takes nothing away from its function, strength, or comfort. The seat is 3-way adjustable (4-way if you count a 4-inch block insert that allows you to move the seat back forward - that became a standard item based on an Amazon reviewer's comment). A mesh seatback keeps you cool. The seat padding is thick, with just the right amount of give, and nicely molded. Anyone can find a comfortable position. The display panel is simple, high-contrast black-on-white, but includes everything you need to monitor all aspects of your workout. You can control the bike from buttons and a dial on the display panel, and/or using control buttons attached to the arms along the side of the seat. There are heartrate sensors on both arms, PLUS a wireless chest monitor strap. The heartrate detection has been true to my Garmin watch. The display is mounted below eye level, which I prefer. Rather than a screen right in my face, I can look over it to see my wall-mounted TV. The bike can communicate wirelessly with your phone, computer, or iPad using a number of available apps if you really, really have to pretend you are cycling in the Alps or attending a spin class in New York. I'm old-school, and that sort of thing grows tiresome for me in a week or two. I'm more interested in getting a good workout. Watching the news is all the distraction I need. So, I have not tried the wireless functions yet and that's not part of my review. I have had the bike about a month. I use it every day that I don't have physical therapy. I bought the bike to help recover from meniscus repair surgery. I might stop running and use this bike as my primary cardio exercise after completing PT, it's that good. It's actually fun to ride. After a few days, the bike developed a small squeak that I had trouble isolating. Eventually found it was from two panels of plastic rubbing against each other at a seam near the back end. Tightened a couple screws and it returned to blissful silence. After a few more days, a small clunking sound started coming from somewhere around the flywheel. Being an engineer, I'm obsessive about machinery working flawlessly. This is when their 5-star customer service really came through. I first contacted 3G Cardio when the treadmill was delivered instead of the bike. The mistake was by Amazon, but I thought 3G Cardio ought to know. Bryan Dorksen replied immediately to my email, wanting to make sure I got the right product. He also made recommendations when I heard the little squeak in the plastic. When I told him about the clunking sound, he said the bearings could be damaged during shipping if accidentally shipped on its side. He offered to send a complete new flywheel assembly overnight and send a local technician to install it at my earliest convenience. No hesitation, no questions asked. I told him to hold off on a new flywheel until I was sure it was broken in. The next day, the clunking stopped and hasn't returned. I think it was just a part settling in after being jostled around during shipping. But Bryan told me not to hesitate if I want a new flywheel. There are a lot of bikes available in this popular business segment, from cheap Chinese things worthy of nothing more than hanging your clothes on, to brand names like NordicTrack, Matrix, Sole, Precor, Schwinn, etc. I'm sure you're comparing them all. The guys at 3G Cardio know they have to offer a superior product, with excellent customer support, at a good price point in order to stand out from that crowd. Like me, you probably never heard of 3G Cardio (their name doesn't jump to the top of a Google search) so you might not consider taking the risk. I can assure you that this bike is every bit as good as the commercial bikes I use at PT, at a third of the price and half the footprint. Don't take my word for it; in my opinion, the other good reviews on Amazon are well-deserved. If you're serious about getting a good low-impact cardio workout every day, and appreciate top-shelf engineering, manufacturing, and materials, I do hope you consider this 3G Cardio bike.
