All the characteristics explained by the manufacturer are correct. The image is good. Sometimes there is some delay (a couple of seconds) between the movement command and its execution, but it is inevitable on 4G networks (it is not something that can be attributed to the camera). And, most importantly for me, it works in COLOMBIA (I tested it with an operator that begins with T). Notes (2023-12-12) 1.- It works with a postpaid plan, but only on major cities at Colombia. 2.- Does not work on prepaid plan. 3.- With a postpaid plan, it does not work in rural areas, although by putting the SIM in a cell phone you can browse at a decent speed with the data plan. I received this camera to install in my garden. I followed the instructions, what little there were, and could not get the camera to operate. It should not be this difficult to get it functional. I have 7 other cameras I installed myself without any problems at all (different brand). I have literally spent hours trying to get this camera operational with no success. I contacted customer service and they were of little to no help at all. They instructed me to remove the SIM card from my iPhone and install the SIM card received from the new camera. My phone is the new iPhone Pro Max and does not have a removable SIM card, it has the iSIM. There was no response back from customer service after I relayed this information back to them. We set up this device and it worked for a few hours then stopped showing the picture (would just act like it was loading). Paid for 360 days of service and couldn’t get it to work again. Contacted customer service for assistance, they did not get back to us for 3 days then closed the case shortly after they responded because I didn’t respond right away. Overall the camera was easy enough to install. I had a slight challenge plugging the cord from the solar panel into the camera for some reason though. Eventually I got it plugged in and the rest was really simple. The picture quality is great in HD mode. The motion feature works great and is easy to control. I can see my entire front porch and I can swivel it to see my entire front yard. The motion detection is extremely sensitive and is either picking up my porch light or the wind blowing something in our garden. Overall not a huge problem. The sound quality is so so which is surprising since the voice to alert you during setup is extremely loud and clear so the speakers can handle a little more than what is offered. My main and ultimate concern is the website the QR code takes you to in order to set it up the app is not labeled as a secure site and I have gotten several malicious link notifications from my antivirus software since setup. I will be monitoring this vigilantly. ****Update**** The unit has worked great and has actually caught people trying to break into our house. The problem is that the motion sensor reacts to every car that drives by and that is the only reason it caught the people trying to break in. A car just happened to pass by and set off the sensor. There is random trash and a mask in our yard though and the camera has zero footage of it getting there. Another issue which has its upside as well is that it won't allow more than one person to be signed in at once so if I check it, my wife doesn't get alerts and vice versa. ... show more

This little camera packs a punch. The night vision is really good. The movement detector works great (though it might be a little too sensitive) the volume to speak to someone could be louder. We put the camera a little high (not much) and we can just hear barely hear what someone says and they can barely hear us speak, so we’re going to have to lower it. No big deal. The wire between the solar panel and the camera is fairly long so putting the camera lower shouldn’t be a problem. The camera allows you to tilt it around, zoom in and zoom out, and switch from day to night vision. I really like this camera. ... show more
