We are very pleased with this camera for our Church's Online presence. The 30x zoom is more than what we need for inside the sanctuary, but we stream other events outdoors like our beach baptisms and on Easter Sunday at the local High School Stadium where I'm sure we will be able to take advantage of the 30x zoom. Good clean video picture, love the preset capabilities, push button framing works great for our video director. Easier to train than a volunteer camera person... Having PTZ capabilities means we can place the cameras without having to accommodate a camera person to operate. This is a game changer for sure, looking forward to getting a couple more (20x should be sufficient for the other camera locations).

This is the 2nd unit of this specific model that I have purchased. We use both cameras in our church to live stream the services to Youtube and Facebook. Works great and the quality is very good.

These are excellent cameras for the price. I use these in conjunction with an Atem Mini Extreme for live event streaming and have not been disappointed with the quality of the image.

Picture quality is amazing. I had to set the camera back rather far, but the 30x zoom put the clients face perfectly in the frame. It’s totally worth the cost.

Great camera! Only thing is that I can't figure out howto record the videos on USB. I tried various types which none worked. Is there a trick, upgrade needed or a special device?

I was looking for PTZoptics compatibility and this camera was recommended. I got the software to connect it to the network was not available from the manufacturer's website, so I tried the PTZoptics site and installed their configuration utility. The camera recognized it and I was able to make the changes I needed to make it available. The only problem I've had with the camera is the lagginess of the remote. The camera is not responsive and lags recognizing commands. Taking the camera out of standby mode, Panning, Tilting, and Zooming using the remove is a PITA.
