I've owned 4 of these heaters. So far the first two stopped working after using them for 3 months. The third is working so far (I've had it for less than a week) and the fourth was assembled today by an Amazon professional is not working. Don't buy.

    • Tilting head is great!
The tilting head is quite helpful to direct the heat. Now that we do more outdoors because of the pandemic, this has been quite helpful.

    • Packaging weak, product looks good.
The box containing the heater arrived, looking like it had been dropped off of several trucks! Exposed parts sticking out, bulging sections and lots of tape from re-taping after each crash. The seller offered me a credit of $75, which I accepted, as it turns out that there were just a few fairly minor dents, and no missing components. Obviously, packaging could be improved, but the product looks generally good, and the tilting reflector feature is a winner. ... show more

    • A good buy.
We replaced an older unit with a fibrous open cone, which was replaced once due to bird damage. This unit has an enclosed top which is good, though I use a cover. It gives out strong heat at a reasonable price.

Don't know where this buyers are getting their heater from I got mines at Home Depot $239 with taxes exactly this model 1 year so far I've owned it and it's working perfectly good not a single problem only one recommendation use a cover it's a hassle to take off and put it back on but it helps keeping out moisture, dust and bugs. ... show more
