The media could not be loaded. I've been using and relying on robot cleaners a lot during recent years. I've used several other brands in the past. The biggest point of some of the ones I've used before is: behaving really poorly at avoiding obstacles. like has "eaten" my bracelet, earphones, and socks. I heard 360 uses a new technology that does well on this and I decided to give it a try. After receiving it I've used it many times, I like how it works so far! It cleans well, has a fairly low noise level, and most importantly, I don't have to go rescuing it because it getting stuck or has "eaten" some of my items on the floor. One thing I think could improve is the voice assistant! There is no other choices and I don't like the default one. I have to listen to the voice assistant talking, so I think although it's not a feature related to actually cleaning things, it's very important. Overall I think it's a good value for my money.

The media could not be loaded. I bought a Roborock S7 before, but its partial function does not work very well like the mapping is really terrible. Although the S7 uses LIDAR, it still turns around on its own, getting lost and stuck in nowhere. Additionally, the battery life is short, so I have to put it back to charge all the time. Until I found the 360 S10 Vacuum Robot, it is a perfect replacement for Roborock S7. The price I got is $549, which is $100 cheaper than the S7, but I really enjoy the 360 S10. 360 S10 adopts a 3D LiDAR design, its mapping is very accurate, it will never get stuck or hit the furniture or the wall, the most important thing is that it adopts a built-in LiDAR design, which makes its size lower than all external LiDAR machines. Roborock could not get into the bed bottom side before, but S10 really surprised me, it can get into the lower space including the bottom of some cabinets. Thanks for this new helper, I don’t have to clean these places manually anymore.
