The media could not be loaded. We had our doubts that a fan this small could move enough air to keep things cool in our Texas tiny home. We doubt no more!! This moves a LOT of air on high! So much so that I often have to turn the fan to a lower speed to keep from catching a chill! We've even been able to turn the AC up a bit more (saving on that power bill!!). I rather enjoy the "outdoor breeze" wind setting as it's a randomized fan speed setting and I'm not being constantly blasted by a high speed breeze. We didn't have much trouble following directions to get it installed in the place of the old fan. Took my spouse maybe 30-40 minutes... once he found all his tools. The box the fan arrived in was very sturdy and everything was securely packed. The remote control is easy to operate and I love being able to instantly switch from the bright light to the night light setting. My only quibble with the light is that I would find a brighter light to be helpful. The light plate also could be lowered a bit more... something we plan to do by adding a few more magnets.     • sleek design but challenged installation

First, it works well and looks very elegant. However, the installation was very difficult and challenging. I do not think the size of the mounting bracket that put up on the ceiling was US standard, it just could not be attached directly to the existing bracket. We had to buy a Universal metal board at Home Depot then used it in between the mounting bracket of this package and the existing bracket inside of the ceiling. It's not easy to figure it out how to make it work. Also, the wire came out short, it's true to the rod size but it's not US standard where the wire always longer than the rod so that you would be able to exchange to a longer rod when needed. ... show more

**Update** So far their customer service is incredible. I believe I just didn't have all the parts. So take my review as possibly just my order. -Hate leaving any bad reviews but these fans. Guuys, I couldn't explain how bad, might as well been from temu. Do not buy this! Instructions were horrible. And we could not get the light to work fan doesn't go In reverse like stated. Weird noise when it stops circulating. I have messaged them yesterday but nothing back so far. Unfortunately I got 2 of these things, not worth throwing your money in a shredder. Hopefully I hear back sooner rather then later so I could show it has been resolved. ... show more
