It's a great incubator. I've had a great experience. It was easy to set up, adding water was amazingly easy. Candled at day 7, So far all eggs except 6 were viable. Candled today at day 11 and we could see moving 😍. Will update once chicks hatch. Update: Returned Incubator. There is no way to adjust the humidity level in this Incubator. So the hatching eggs stayed at a humidity of 84% the whole time, tried to adjust the temperature of the water but it stayed at 84%. 3 out of 36 hatched. 3 piped but were unable to emerge out of thier egg. I was very unhappy about the outcome.

This incubator has disappointed me, and I had high hopes for this machine. Let's start off with the pros. It has a great lid that holds in your humidity and your temperature controlled, that's about it for the pros. The cons. There is no custom temperature control, you get 3 pre-set temperatures that you can choose from, if it's not the temperature you want to use then your fresh out of luck. There is no humidity control. The humidity shoots up really high very easy. I had to literally admits little by little water to get to the humidity I want and I'm talking adding table spoons of water at a time. The water filling instructions it comes with are inaccurate. I filled only half of the center column with water and it jumps over 70%, if you fill all the columns it will go to 85% so big difference in water volume and very difficult to get to the humidity window you are looking for manually. The worst part is the egg Turner does not turn off. Two of my eggs were crushed by the Turner during the lockdown period. With the eggs rolling around trying to get into position and 1 hatched chicken pushing them everywhere. Two eggs rolled in front of the roller got pushed up against the sidewall and were crushed not at the same time but within the same day. Because of the really high humidity only 4 out of 23 eggs hatched. This machine needs to be babysat and checked on every couple hours just to check the humidity and add another 2 table spoons of water to maintain it, if not it will dry up fast and the humidity will start to drop. This incubator is not good for all eggs as advertised. I used mine for quail eggs. This incubator MIGHT work a little better for chickens but the risk of your eggs getting crushed during lockdown is still a very high possibility considering that those eggs are actually bigger. They should make some type of protective cover for it if it's going to continue rotating. It is advertised that you can turn it off to turn them manually but that is false advertisement as it does not do that. It will just test the rotator if you want but it will not turn it off by long pressing the settings button. Save your eggs and get something less dangerous.

LOVE this incubator! The presets are great, and settings are very ease to change if needed. I especially love the top down view - I can check for any pipping without having to lift the top. It also has a large capacity with a good amount of vertical space - so this is working great for ducklings and goslings. EGGcelent value!

Tried 3 times and hatched one egg the first time out of 25, two eggs the second time out of 30 eggs and one the last all in different stages of development so has temperature regulation issues with cold spots and very hot spots

Not the best product. Doesn’t keep temp well and once chicks hatch if they do the fan blades cut their tiny wings

The media could not be loaded. This item works great i just had 3 baby gease started to hatch out of it works like it should sometimes have to open it up to reduce the humidity in it but other than that it works great

do not purchase this incubator , i tried 3 sets of eggs, none hatched , egg turner crushed one of the eggs and made a huge mess , DO NOT BUY. no contact information for the seller and no real warranty information.

I collected eggs from the same day & the same hens & put them in this incubator & put them in another one I bought last year. This was a side by side test. This one had only 3 chicks that hatched out of 30 eggs. HORRIBLE! Thats the worse outcome I ever had! The other incubator I used last year several times-all but 3 hatched out of 20 eggs. The alarm on this one kept going off at all hours of the day & night & no matter the water level & no matter what I did to reset it nothing worked to stop the alarm going off so I had to unplug it every single time stop the alarm.I was so sick of getting woke up in the middle of the night with this alarm! When I unplugged it that deleted the counter. Completely worthless.The fan inside of this incubator dried everything out very fast compared to the other incubator I always used. I had 2 chicks that died half hatched in this one bcuz they got too dry even with lots of water added at all times. I hate this incubator & I wish I wouldn't have wasted my money on it. I set this up 2 days after I got it & by the time my eggs hatched the return time ended so I can not return it now. I would not recommend this to anyone bcuz I did not have good luck with this incubator in my side by side testing with my other one. Same hens/roosters & same day picking of eggs both set up side by side & this one failed me. I regret this purchase 100%.
