The product seems well made... a couple are a little uneven but you don't notice when you sit on them. The packing was horrible, which is the reason for three stars. The box arrived quite abused and torn. The stools were stacked on each other in the box so the top one was dented and scratched on the seat and legs , but the others were protected well enough that they were fine. I understand that they are large and heavier, but I've received much larger and heavier items that were packed appropriately so they arrived undamaged. ... show more
