I was hesitant to purchase this as there were only 3 ratings averaging 2.7, so I wasn't confident this was a good or legitimate product. Since it was the only one I could find that matched my need of the seal plate being less than 4" in width to fit a jalousie window slat; I ordered and was surprised to see it in a couple of days. Everything looks like it was advertised and works for my situation. My only issue is the anti-clockwise thread of the hose which is opposite what my portable AC unit uses, but I made it fit and it works (you can always use duct tape to connect the hose to the unit or window adaptor). ... show more

I liked the product it was easy to install and appears to be of good construction. I would have given it 5 stars but the description said it would come with wall cover 90 deg it did not. I have purchased 2 of these neither came with this part. Instead it came with an un advertised 45 degree flat joint. ... show more

Fits and hold the tube. Secure in the window. Comes with a peel and stick overlapping seal. Not the best seal, but it's better than nothing.

    • Not white, but a great value!
It didn’t say it was white, but I made the assumption based off photos. It’s more of a light gray. Considering the price and size he fact that it worked perfectly, I don’t feel a need to complain. But it should be clarified in the description.
