I've had this a few weeks now and it's pretty good. Works like it should and no major complaints. BUT... I deducted one star because of a few minor complaints. Not enough to make me not buy it, but things I wish they would change. First of all, the court is short. Maybe about 3 ft? And since the plug-in is in the front, unless you want to face the wall, you don't get much reach on the cord. I had to buy an extension cord for it. Another thing is, the handlebars tilt forward too much and are not high enough. I'm tall (5'10"), so it's not comfortable for me to hold on to them without bending forward a little which throws me off my balance. But I don't feel confident enough to go without them because I feel like I'm going to fall off if I don't at least put my fingertips on them. They would probably be tall enough if they would just tilt back a little bit so they are completely vertical or even slanted in just a tad. Because I have to move so forward to hold them, it puts my feet at coming down on the frame in the front once in awhile. It would be nice if they sold it with an extension, or a telescoping handle. But even so, I would still suggest getting the handle unless you are an in-shape, seasoned treadmill user. ... show more

Update: Jon with customer service was able to get me a full refund for this product. I appreciate that and wish this walking pad had worked for me. I loved the size and ability to move it, and it’s got all the basics you need. Started malfunctioning after 20 minutes the very first time I tried to use it, then again the second time. Became very sluggish, loud, hitchy, and the belt would not move without forcing it. ... show more
