Bought the dashcam earlier this year, and it worked great and I had no problems with it. Recently got my windshield replaced so I reached out to customer service, and they were very kind and offered to give the the right resources to set the cam back up. The camera is easy to set up and seems to work well. We needed a different power cable and the company responded to my email within 24 hours and sent us a cable free of charge. Shipping was super fast. I’m not sure if the camera is going to work for us because we have a 25 year old car with only one port and it doesn’t have the power to run both the camera and the radio aux cable. The resolution of this camera is very clear. I like that it has 3 IR channels, and 4k channels. Highly recommend this camera! The 3-channel 2.5K tachograph is an excellent choice for full coverage. Once I figured out the setup, getting it mounted in my vehicle was easy. I have so many close calls with people driving on their phones or not paying attention, I wanted a camera for proof if I ever get into an accident. I love the front view. I gave it 4 stars only because I have not yet viewed the video footage on a computer or set up the back camera yet. Will update once those features are utilized!
