For this to be a second hand phone it is AMAZING. I haven't had any issues with it. It stays charged. It doesn't lag unless the internet at my house is jacked up. The color was correct. There's a couple scuff marks, nothing worry some, currently using it. Setup was quick and easy, charges quickly (compared to my older phones). Battery seems to last a good while as well.

    • THINK TWICE! Doesnโ€™t even last a month- Probably stolen.
In under a month, the phone began showing signs of a bad battery. Worked fine for a week or so, but it wasnโ€™t until Iโ€™d integrated all my data and info and got comfortable with my new phone when it started charging way too slow. At some point it was as if the phone was charging the house. I used different cords and boxes that worked fine on other devices but not on this one. It was the phone. Eventually no charger could charge it and it got so bad that it would not turn back on even after being plugged in for enough time. By this point I had went too long without a phone since my old one got stolen, so to avoid the hassle of browsing for a different one, I exchanged this bad phone for another one JUST to experience the same problem again in under a month. I wanted so badly not to have to return this and find another, so I even went as far as to buy a wireless charger. Although it worked like a charm for a while, it only prolonged the inevitable. Now as I type this my phone is sitting on the wireless charger after about 10 hours with LESS battery life than when I placed it on there, saying โ€œ3h 5m until full.โ€ Im not usually so harsh, but a few other reviews are saying their phones were reported STOLEN when they tried to get a data plan. Kind of triggering for me given that phone thieves are the reason Iโ€™m in this extremely inconvenient and costly chain of events, having to scratch up a few hundred dollars after I just paid off a perfectly fine phone just to land an older defective one with a bad fingerprint reader twice in a row. Please think twice about purchasing from this seller. Functionality is just great, but what does that matter if the thing wonโ€™t stay on? ... show more

Otherwise I would never have returned it because it's a gorgeous phone, works great just not with my carrier is all. Bought this for my husband and we both like it. I was very hesitant to purchase a refurbished phone, glad I bought this phone from this provider. The phone looked and functioned like new.. still working, no problems. The color is beautiful. I didn't realize there is a size difference between the note 20 Ultra and Note 20. I wish I had bought the Note 20 for myself instead of Note 20 Ultra, the 20 fits in wallet better than the larger Ultra. Anyway, the manufacturers description is accurate and better at explaining the features than I am so I will leave that to them. I recommend this seller. Purchased the note 20 in green. I have cricket(ATT) service. Recvd the phone, charger and sim card remover. The phone worked fine except I was getting the error that it couldn't activate on the server. Contacted my carrier and they couldn't resolve it. So I contacted the seller that i was needing to return the device as it wouldn't register to my cell network. The seller sent me an inactive ATT sim card and adv to use it and restart the device. After restarting the phone it did register to ATT network, I swapped my cricket sim into the phone and now it works. I've moved all my info from the old phone and it's now working normally.     • Works great and looks great (bit of a pain tho)
The phone works and look how'd you expect, At first I thought it was locked to another carrier. Turns out it was just my provider needing to resku the IMEI or something. Edit - (5 months later) the phone works great after a bit of tinkering. The phone work nearly flawless for me. I had to re-flash the phone with a firmware meant for the Sm-n981u which is essentially the same phone just actually Factory unlocked(like this was advertised). The firmware's are compatible with both versions of the phones. if you know how to re-flash the phone (odin3 patched) its a great bargain if not it might be a bit too much work than it's worth to get it working the way it should ... show more
