There really is not a lot to this kit. You get floss, felt leaves, a headband and a mini glass vial. You get to find the natural items such as leaves, flowers, sand and rocks to make the jewelry pieces. My daughter had an amethyst stone that she used to make a caged stone necklace. She used purple gomphrena flowers to make the headband and she loved how that turned out. My daughter got a cold and was stir crazy staying home. This kit saved the day! The age range says 6+, my daughter is 5 and was able to use the kit with assistance. There is very little in the box, so if you’re travelling or short on space, just remove the piece of cardboard they has all. The different pieces taped/glued to it and place them all in a zip lock bag (each project is individually bagged). The small paper instruction manual is easy to follow with well written instructions and illustrations. The finished projects are beautiful and my daughter was so proud of her finished jewelry. Almost everything is included in each kit, so if you plan to take this with you on a trip, be sure you pack the other items (for example, scissors and a measuring tape). Additionally, each item I corporates at least one item from nature, so my daughter was able to go hunt for small Sticks, leaves and flowers and incorporate in her art. I plan to take the remaining projects with us on a camping trip and her her imagination go crazy. For reference, the small vial is plastic, not glass. Also, the little bows in the photos are not included, my daughter is learning how to braid and the 36 inch embroidery thread for too long for her inexperienced hands, so we used her little sister’s hair bows to shorten the strands… LOL ... show more

    • Good concept, cheap products.
This kit is a good concept as you have to go outside to find the sticks, rocks and plants. However, the headband was cheap and broke when I was trying to get some leaves to stick to it. It's hard to find items small enough for the vial. You are basically paying for ideas and some cheap craft items.

I guess I should have read the description better but this set includes the stuff to DIY floral and leaf crafts but you have to forage and dry them out yourself. I originally bought this as a gift but I think we will just keep it for my own kids because it’s kind of lame. My 6 year old daughter has always been the flower child of the family. I don’t remember her ever playing with dolls.
