Used these to find noises on car engines. The work good for the value and easy to use. Some of these are too loud but I think these are fust right for my ears.

This is a set of two mechanics stethoscopes. They fit into my ears well and you can determine where a noise originates by moving them around and placing them on the surface of an engine. Use caution where you place the scope to avoid moving belts and rotating parts. These are pretty well made, are simple to use. They are quite sensitive to sound and work well. 5 stars based on price. I didn't expect nor need them to be perfect. Work great and easy to use. The only improvements would be the rubber tube quality and the joint that connects the extension. But just pay for a more expensive one if you need that.

I don’t know wether to be mad or happy with this product for the price it’s great but it helped me find out my jeep has rod knock so I sent a rod to the moon and now I’m mad, the ear piece could be better not very noise canceling so it’s hard to narrow down where the noise your looking for is coming from, good price, product works… kinda, I’m still mad. ... show more
