Polaris 90 sportsman would not start had only 50PSI of compression, ordered this kit quad now has 100 PSI of compression fires up on second kick now. So far impressed with the product. Will probably have to tune the carb do to more air flow now. The old piston is in the pictures.

Bought this rebuild kit thinking it would get my ATV back on the trails. Followed proper break-in procedure, but the engine blew up shortly after because the piston rings were way too tight. Turns out the ring gap wasn’t even close to spec — clearly not checked or pre-gapped from the factory. If you don’t want to waste your time and money tearing it down again, avoid this kit. Package had all parts packaged carefully and was fairly easy to install. Rebuilt A four wheeler engine works great and has lots more power old rings were Worn very thin this kit is awesome runs like a new one
