Heavily made and a ncie tight lock on the flex head. Ratchets operate smoothly as they should and have a nice length for exta leverage and the on/off swithes operate as they should. Product seems to be good and in working order however arrived opened, clearly was cut open as you can see from photos did not happen in shipping. Therefore I am not sure if these tools have been used before or not and how long they will hold up I am disappointed with the seller for sending me an open box given the price of these ratchets and no mention of an open box deal. Otherwise as far as the ratchets they seems good and time will tell of there durability. ... show more

I love Gearwrench, I use lots of their tools. These have very compact heads, amd the locking feature is very nice since the flex-head wont flex when I am working in awkwars positions if I do not want want it too. Ratcheting action is buttery smooth. A few months into ownership now and they have become my go-to ratchets. (especially the 1/4 drive, i grab it constantly) ... show more

For the price it's good quality. The head is a little loose for my liking but I just had to tighten the screw a little. These ratchets make it easy getting bolts loose in awkward spots.
