Just arrived a couple of days ago. Used only once. So far, I like it. Easy to use menu. It came with a dent in upper outside corner, but hasn't affected the inside, that I can tell. Its a nice size. 28 Qt. I wish the handle was straight so it would lay flat on counter, but it is not, therefore sits up a little above interior crumb tray. It isn't heavy duty metal as some are. The oven gets really hot but handle is cool. The basket tray didn't have much of a side , which I don't like. If your doing fries, and you shake the tray, they might fall out of tray. It is a quiet oven. It does have an interior light, stays on around 2 minutes at a time. I think price was reasonable. looking forward to using it more.

I have put this machine through daily challenges to bake, slow cook, air fry, toast and just plain cook a casserole and it has worked like a champ each time. The size makes it a perfect replacement for my gas oven and doesn't really take up too much room after replacing my toaster and air fryer. I found the controls easy to understand and use. I bought some Cornish game hens to try the rotisserie. Really easy to clean too. 👌 I am quite happy with it and and looking for new reasons to cook anything every day.

Pros: large capacity Cons: Temperature on an oven thermometer reads 50 degrees or more over the set temp. There's only a thin sheet of metal between the back of the oven and the inside so it gets over a couple hundred degrees if you use it a while. There's little pegs on the back to keep it from being right against a wall, but having a couple hundred degree piece of metal about an inch from your wall might cause permanent damage over time. There's no way to turn off the fan. It's either low or high, even in broil mode. The dials and buttons on the front feel super cheap. And the biggest annoyance of all is that you have to set your cook temp/time every single time. So if you cook the same thing every day, you'll have to set it over and over again.

I had high hopes for this thing yet the minute I turned it on you can tell the fan is bent and is clinking against the inside cover which you cannot get to to fix it. Had to return it. Ill be picking a more reputable brand air fryer from one of my local stores so I dont have to deal with the hassle of returning another potentially defect one of these things.

I The only bad thing I can think of is that I'm not seeing a way to purchase extra trays from the company. C I assume I will find some other brand tray that'll fit just fine but I'd rather give my Twump Tokens to the company whose device I'm purchasing the tray for. C'est la vie.
