Lightweight, easy set up, and sleek design makes this rod a win for me. I like that it is not to big or bulky as I don't like curtain rods that act like center pieces. It can be shorter by leaving one piece out or longer (what I did). Decent quality for the price too. I will say that if you have heavy blinds you may want to stick with the shorter version as I'm not sure how it would do with the weight. As reference the one curtain panel I have is a blackout and thermal panel but it's weight is close to 5Ibs. ... show more

It has either a 6" piece or the other longer piece. So it won't telescope to anywhere in between those sizes. That isn't so bad, it worked for my sliding glass door. Nothing fancy, it was a little bent, just slightly curved which was easy enough to bend back a bit and turn the bar on the bar holders before screwing the bar into the holders. It's a decent curtain rod, and extends really far. But, if you have a heavier curtain, it will bend so easily and get warped. It's not very sturdy, more meant for really lightweight curtains.
