I loved how I can attach the ottomans to the couch and each other, so they don't move away from the couch. Also, I had a small rip in a cushion and the company immediately sent me another one. Very kid and dog friendly. I have a short hair and long hair dog as well as a pre-k aged child. Very easy to remove dog hair and drink spills. Really nice quality sofa. The ottomans open and it all attaches really nice. We really like that it looks like you can add more pieces in the future if you would like. The seats are big enough for us to sit back in and the rear pillows are soft. Overall we are happy with our purchase. Just note ours came in 5 boxes and they did not all arrive the same day. I really like this couch! Pros - It's easy to put together. It's beautiful and good quality "Cons" - It's very easy to see crumbs or any stains but that's easily fixable. Don't eat on your couch or just clean it when you're done. Also One of the cushions didn't fully expand so I'm going to ask the manufacturer to send a new cushion.
