After breaking my stoneware baking/roasting sheet that I'd had for 30-some years, I was dismayed at the cost of replacing it. This was a perfect, cost-effective replacement. Plenty big for roasting lots of vegetables, baking cookies, or even drying kale for kale chips. The non-stick ceramic surface is easy to clean and should hold up well if one takes a little care with utensils and hand-washes only.     • PAN WARPED

Imagine my shock when the very first time I used it, it rippled, and one end of it almost turned up and made a huge noise which scared me! I was not even in the kitchen, and I could still hear this weird noise and I thought somebody was in my kitchen. I finally checked on it, and when I looked inside, I could see that the pan was all warped, and it had warped so much while it was cooking the pizza shells that, some of the batter had flipped off the pan onto the sides of the oven. I have a whole set of these green life pans, and I’ve never had them do anything like this before but I did notice that a couple people reported it in their reviews. So there is some type of a problem possibly in certain batches that were manufactured. I would not recommend these at all. But like I said, I have the other pans like fry pans and sauce pans and have not had a problem like this. And it actually does not feel like it’s very heavy so it must be kind of a thin pan and maybe that’s what’s causing the problem . I tried to call the company or contact the company through Amazon. I was not able to reach them. I would really like to get a refund because I feel like I won’t be able to use this again because it’s actually kind of dangerous to cook with it since you don’t know if it’s going to like warp again and flip some of your food on the oven walls. I will try one more time to contact the company. They should make it easier for you to be in touch with them especially when you have a problem. ... show more

    • Nice pan with a twist

I really like the pan. I use a liner with it so the white surface does not get blemished. What I don’t like is once the pan heats up, it twists, it does not stay flat.

Love it use it for everything I bake cookies with it. I put parchment paper on it and you pork chops. I even put pizza on it and cook it. It’s wonderful, easy cleanup, basic and it has made my life so much easier.

It does the job, but I’ve found that it rusts very easily. I would recommend drying immediately when washing otherwise you will have rust dripping from the edges.

I love this pan! It is perfect to make cookie bars, or a large batch of brownies. It is easy to clean. Be careful and do not use any utensils on it that are not plastic....it will scratch it.
