The Scooter was very easy to put together, just needed to attach both baskets. Then the seat and mirror’s. After that was done just put the battery on, plug it in and I was done. It took about 20 Minutes. You must charge the batteries first. This Scooter is fairly light. It is easy to load into the trunk of a car or the back of a Van or Pick-up. It is best to remove the battery and the baskets along with the seat. It is easy to maneuver. It does take a little practice when getting on an elevator, however you can easily move it manually. I would recommend this scooter for seniors that are unable to stand for more than a few minutes.

I had a positive experience with this vendor. there was an issue with the battery, but the vendor was very helpful with resolving it quickly. I would recommend this company for their professional behavior when it comes to customer assistance. They're feedback keep me from buying the wrong version of a charging unit, and i am grateful that they responded so quickly. so far, I am pleased with my Scooter purchase. I haven't taken it on the road yet but look forward to enjoying my riding adventures.

I bought my Eldryvon mobility scooter just over a month ago. Hadn't used it much until our vacation in the middle of May, on a cruise. Had a couple of problems with the FedEx shipping. Box containing the scooter was delivered upside down and the box containing the second battery was torn up, revealing a damaged battery housing. Once unboxed, the assembly went quickly, only finding an issue with the tiller tightening piece. (Please note that my scooter came with 2 batteries. One was with the scooter, while the second one came separately. This is the one that FedEx kept dropping.) After contacting the customer service team, at Eldryvon, I received the faulty tiller tightener with no problem. The replacement battery again arrived damaged and even repacked in another box, by FedEx. I'd be negligent if I failed to mention the level of service that was provided by their customer service team. They even sent me extra battery housings so that I could use the ones that were damaged by FedEx. As I said that I bought my scooter for a cruise. While I could have rented one, I feel that purchasing one was the best option for me. The scooter made the 8 hour trip on a hitch mounted carrier even though it folds down enough to go into the rear area of our midsize SUV. My scooter came with 2 baskets; a plastic carry basket that mounts to the tiller, as well as a folding metal basket that mounts to the seat bracket. In use, the scooter can go faster than I was comfortable with. I don't know how many miles that I put on the scooter, each day, but I always had sufficient power each night before I put the charger on Ride is a bit stiffer, than our full size scooter which has extra suspension, but was comfortable enough for me. It does, at times, right after turning on the key and using the direction paddles to go, make a beeping sound, which stops when I reapply the direction paddles, I'm very pleased with the scooter as well as the extra mile service help that I received. The only upgrading that I felt was necessary was a proper sized nylon weather cover , a seat cushion and a nylon seat cover.
