    • MONEY-SAVER!! JUST AS GOOD AS THE NAME BRAND DOORBELL ADAPTER, BUT FOR LESS!
I got this to go with my new Ring Doorbell Pro, which would normally require existing doorbell wiring. It came with 2 exposed wires at the end, to attach to the doorbell's screw-based electrical contacts. Keep in mind this is for wired doorbells that require existing doorbell wiring, like mine does — and not for those that might require an AC adapter with an actual plug on the end. There's an on-brand version that's more than twice the price, as of the time of writing the review. This adapter comes ready to go with easy instructions. It does exactly what it's supposed to and does it well. I found it easy to attach this adapter to my doorbell and appreciated the long cord. I'm not a "brand queen," so to speak. If a great product comes out that competes with the name brand and gets you the same result, but at a lower price, I always go for the off brand, 9 times out of 10 (with exceptions). This is a situation where the off brand definitely gets the job done for half the price, so to me, it seems like a no-brainer to get this one! ... show more

    • Easy to connect to my Ring doorbell
I recently bought a new doorbell camera and since I don't have the means to hardwire one this is the next best thing. My previous camera burned through the battery every 2-3 days so connecting the new one to an outlet was a necessity. It was fairly easy to connect and running the wire into the house only took about 10 minutes. I like that the wire is so long (I think it's 18 feet long) and that there are clips included to help hide the wire. ... show more
