I selected this product because the product, cost, and reviews satisfied me that this fridge would suit my needs. It arrived in perfect condition. Amazing considering a product such as this complexity and size and a great credit to company manufacture and to amazon delivery. I live on the second floor of a 2-floor condo building without an elevator. The product was delivered at 6:30 AM and delivery did not disturb my neighbors even though sound proof here leaves much to be desired. Warranty has been extended an additional year to the one year that comes with the product, as the reviews encouraged. The wine and beverage cooler arrived on time. Unfortunately the wine cooler side was not working. Called the number provided and a helpful lady took the details and what was wrong with the product. She asked me to provide a video of the issue. The same night I received an email from the company ( based in China I think) with videos of what could be wrong and how to go about fixing it. Couldn’t see the videos that was sent as it was mp4 format. Once I notified them that I couldn’t see the videos, they uploaded the videos on to YouTube and I could see them. This all happened the same night!!!!! Tuned out that a little wire at the back had come undone during transportation which easily clicked in place and unit started to function. This came exactly as pictured, it works perfectly. I love that it has wine on the one side, waters and sodas on the other, having a clear door to see the wine and the wood racks makes it look expensive.

    • Exceptional Customer Service - but the Product Wasn't

The five stars are all for the Customer Service I received. I ordered this wine cooler twice. The first time it was never delivered by the freight company (XPO) who told Amazon that the Customer (me) refused delivery. Never had the chance to refuse it because they had damaged it so much in delivery I guess they were too afraid to try to deliver it. The second one arrived....damaged. Looked like cosmetic but we could not get the dual temperature zones any where near as low as they needed to be. (When running though, the wine cooler is so quiet.) I dealt with William in Customer Service, located in Hong Kong, I think. He was excellent. Working with me and his engineers, they sent new fans to install, new things to try, but nothing worked. At one point I sent the engineers a video of the fans running and they came back and told me that they had been installed wrong at the factory. WHAT?? Nothing we did, even pulling out those fans and reinstalling them, worked. Honestly I don't know if the damage by the delivery company or the product itself was the issue. It looked great, sounded quiet, but never was fully functional. It's been returned and I won't reorder ... but William should be rewarded for his unending customer service. First the crew delivering the item were great. They let me inspect the item for damage before accepting it. It arrived in perfect condition. I noted in the instructions it said to let the wine cooler stand for 2 hours before plugging it in so I did. When I plugged it in everything worked fine. Controls are easy to understand. The unit started cooling to the temps I set it for and after a few hours was holding the temps set in both zones. Only draw back is the number of bottles it will hold. Unless all your bottles diameter are the smaller cabernet size 179 will be a stretch. Besides that l looks and works great. ... show more

I want to note that this review is strictly for the customer service from Velieta. They are absolutely amazing and caring people and will go above and beyond to give you the customer service you deserve. I was helped by Tina and I could not be happier. Tina is attentive, responds quick, listens to problems and finds a solution. After two different orders and numerous problems with the delivery of the 24 inch wine cooler, Tina was able to make it right. If I could give the delivery company "NSD" a review, I would give them negative stars. Terrible freight company that tarnishes the reputation of Amazon, and great sellers like Velieta that don't deserve it. If you do receive the product in one piece, it is actually a great piece of equipment. Use it and enjoy it! ... show more
