This bed is such a great value. It is heavy and feels solid when put together. Easy assembly, just pay close attention to directions. The pieces were all labeled and only the tool that came with is needed to assemble. It is best to have two people but probably could be done with one. Looks really good in the room. If you can pick this up for under $300, don't hesitate. Given the low price tag, this is a great looking bedframe. I've only had it set up for a day, but I'm impressed by the quality and look of the wood. Definitely solid wood, but the slats which are included are plywood. Slats have a velcro tape on the sides plus a dowel/hole system which hold them in place which is great. This is better than anything from ikea for a similar price. ... show more

After carefully selecting this bed based on what I was looking for and the reviews I was excited to find out it would be here in 2-3 days. It was suppose to arrive Friday and it ended up not even shipping. I went ahead and took my other bed down trusting it would be here, and now here it is Tuesday not arriving till Thursday. Will update when I have the quality of the bed, but as of right now I’m sleeping on the floor and shipping sucks. I have now received my bed, and it took me a little over an hour to finish. I put it together with just me and I had to take it apart three different times I felt like the instructions were a little unclear, but it could be me I don’t normally put stuff together overall I’m happy with the color. A lot of people were saying that it’s not a true white, but I feel like it’s pretty white or at least an antique white. It didn’t look like the cream it looked in the other pictures I would say for a first timer. It was pretty easy to put together and so far it seems very sturdy. Of course I think nothing on here is solid wood, but I chose this bed thinking it would probably be better than others. I think the bed looks great and of course it’s way better than sleeping with my mattress on the floor. As far as durability. I will have to update but so far it seems very sturdy. ... show more
