Works great! Puts out a good amount of smoke, but you can easily adjust it to back off the smoke when you want to. Works off a small battery backup so you don't even need to run an extension cord. Ran for an hour on my small battery backup and it didn't even come close to using up the charge. No difficulty figuring out how to use it. Overall I'm really pleased. This is the ticket ! Great for cold smoking Work great for added flavor on my EasternOak 30” pro smoker I just drilleef hole in back of my smoker and I put a small conduit nipple through the hole and tighten the nuts the ss flexible hose slips over nipple I put a hose clamp on it leaks a little bit at that joint but that’s not a n issue. Best not to over it , a small hand til la ar 3hrs or so ... show more

Works pretty good. Making a simple and inexpensive device to burn wood chips and direct the smoke is not easy. Wood chips can vary a lot in size and moister. This works but requires some maintenance. My only complaint so far is they could have used a stiffer plastic tube to connect the metal flex line to the unit. It gets warm and is easy to crimp. If they come up with a more foolproof way to get the correct slope on the tube so water doesn't build-up that would be a good improvement. But for what it is, it works. Pellets would probably work better than wood chips. ... show more
