This has been amazing for my dad who is dealing with some long distance mobility issues. We haven’t gotten it out for a long trek yet but so far this has given him some confidence back to go out and about. Seat is comfortable, easy to use. So far it has been a great investment.

Product description states "stable all-terrain rding", "for daily use, travel, shopping, and outdoor activities". The owners manual that came states it " is designed for use on flat indoor surfaces. It should not be used on rough terrain, gravel roads, grass..." We are blessed in that our need will only be a few months and this was way less expensive than a rental. Bought this for my dad and he figured it out almost immediately. The NFC tap-to-unlock feature is honestly brilliant because he struggles with small keys and buttons due to arthritis. He now uses it to go around the neighborhood and to doctor appointments. Very user-friendly design.
