First time putting up a pool. The instructions are absolute garbage. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO EVEN PREPPING THE GROUND. Unfortunately, the boxes are not labeled with where those elusive, crappy instructions are located (it's a whole pallet of boxes). You will want a small army to just hold up the wall so it doesn't cave in on itself. The track/extrusion around the oval isn't deep enough to keep the (extremely heavy) wall in, so you end up fighting it the whole time. The wall wants to pop out and the track easily shifts, which you need to remain in place or your shape is screwy. In hindsight, we should've taped the track to the pavers. The straps through the middle need to be z-shaped where they connect to the wall because it pushes up on the wall and creates issues with the top. The wall was coiled up to where you END at the skimmer (logic), but you can't tell where so we had to rotate the entire thing 8" because the skimmer ended up in the middle of a vertical (we started in between verticals). I'm glad it's done and definitely not perfect, but it's been standing for a couple months now. There were also pump parts missing that they sent very quickly, so at least customer service was good. Lastly, make sure you have bandaids handy because you will filet yourself.

This pool was a mess to set up, and to top it off, the liner had a hole in it. We patched the hole because to take the liner out would have been the end of my sanity. Only to have the liner get holes in it 2 months later. Terrible design and quality. Do not recommend.

Very hard finding the information you need to help set this pool up contacted the seller they sent me to help videos. The video doesn’t play. There is nowhere on the site that tells me what size and what we need. definitely not made to be done by a homeowner. Keep having to stop and walk away from the frustration. Can’t get the information that we need no help for this exact pool. No pump information no Direction. Definitely not an easy set up!!!

This Poole is horrible!! Minimal instructions and the pump does not have a shut off switch. The sand filter is garbage and there was several missing parts.

This was a real b*@tch to install. The directions were horrible to put it mildly and there are no videos out for this exact pool so nothing online even helped. Pump and hoses leaked because either there were no gaskets or they were missing. Pump has no on off switch. You have to unplug it to turn it off, which also seems ridiculous. This was miserable. Yes, it's finally up, but only by the grace of God. We tried contacting seller to see if they could help us out and absolutely no answer. I would think twice about ordering this pool and definitely about ordering from this seller.
