I probably should leave this at 4 stars because I do think the price is high but I have used it for 4 months and it continues to work well. One gotcha is that you have to make sure to install the filter or it will not turn on. My son tried using it without the filter and we could not figure out why it would not start until the next day when I realized the filter was not installed. We only use this device in a couple corners of my pool where debris accumulates. Convenient for a quick cleaning in a couple small areas. Once you submerge it a bunch of bubbles come out so you have to wait for this to finish so you can see what you are doing. Suction is pretty good. Provided pole is too short but I use my skimmer pole. Happy so far.

Update, I was able to dry out and seal with hot glue. I now have a working product that isn't drowning the motor. Seller still terrible and I was refunded by Amazon. Not a bad product, i just recived a faulty one. All other reviews are great, that's why I purchased it. I search hard for pocket friendly quality products. Update: seller still does not cooperate, insisted I did not buy from them then after sending proof in a screenshot beyond just the item number I recieved a response with them asking me to send thier office address to them.. I have asked for a replacement, I really needed a spa vaccum, I'm beyond angry now. I was excited to recieve this, it took forever to arrive. It came fully charged. I was able to use it right away. When the battery died it happened suddenly during a cleaning. I plugged the device in and a red light appeared. Next day I checked on the vacuum and the light was still red. I unplugged the device and tried to turn it on, the vacuum would not turn on. I switched cubes as I'm certain any seller would prefer I did as well as switched outlets while plugging other things into the cube and outlet to ensure it wasn't the power source. It is with a heavy heart to announce that I have spent nearly $100 on an item that only worked one time. I had a fear of this not working for long but had hoped I was going to be buying a pocket friendly quality product and it would last a few years. When I was able to use this vacuum out of the box it worked like a dream, it had amazing suction power and pulled out things like hair that not even my filter was catching. The initial quality was great besides the loop handle doesn't attach to the extention arm. This is relativly small and lightweight. Once the vacuum goes under water it fills and releases water as it pulls the nastiness into a very fine mesh chamber. The vacuum is super easy to open and clean. I simply wish that it was of better quality. I do as an affiliate, search for pocket friendly quality products to share with people. In this instance I can not recommend for poor communication from the seller and a lack of cooperation.

Really like this vacuum. Does exactly what i need it to do. Picks up leaves great. Only thing is I have used it about 2 months and now it will not hold a charge, I charge turn on put into pool will run a minute and then it stops. Will not run. I really like hate it doesnt work.

Overall I love the cleaner. It’s easy to set up, works great, easy to clean out after use. My only complaint is that the unit does easily fit on my long pool pole. It comes with a short pole which is fine for shallow areas but you need a longer pole for the deep end of the pool. You can use the regular skimmer pole but you have to jam it on so that it doesn’t fall off in the water. Once it’s jammed on it’s hard to remove it from the pole. I wish the handle that came with it was longer. Overall it’s good for spot cleaning those hard to reach areas.

So pros, super easy to charge. Easy to take apart and clean the filters. Doesn't look to bulky in the corner, can sit out and not look ugly in the deck. The filter works great! Cons, I don't feel like the suction is that great. It was cheap so I can't complain to much but when I cut it off sometimes it drops its contents back in the pool. But it's light weight and easy to use, even my young kids use it. And when it does work it filters out everything.

Extremely versatile solution to cleaning all those tight spots that the Automated Cleaning Robots just can't get to. Suction is very good, it cleans anything that the Robot leaves behind. Adaptable to all my poles, very easy to disassemble and clean. Does and excellent job on everything except fine silt. But that's what other devices are built to clean.

Bought this little vac for my swim spa on April 29th, 2024. Used it a handful of times and worked very well during the first 2 months. I had only needed to recharge it twice. Then on the third recharge it croaked. Now it runs for about 3 seconds and powers down. I've reached to customer support and then crickets. I paid $149 for this piece of junk back in April. Now it's selling for $89 so they must know they are faulty and unloading them. Avoid!!!
