I was hoping the have a better experience with this product. I assumed it would work for a while. I recommended it to a friend, and she bought one as well. Her's stopped working after about a month. Mine, which I have treated like my favorite child, has now stopped working. Runs 30 seconds on a full charge, and I don't know what to do. When trying to use tech support for the company that made this, I cannot use their Web interface message system because my telephone number is from a country outside of the USA and does not fit the "convention" of their data input field. So, what do I do now? Past the return date to Amazon. I used the machine a total of 6 times, and now nothing. No help, no return, no warranty, just a sad experience of something Amazon chose to list for sale. DO NOT BUY THIS!

I probably should leave this at 4 stars because I do think the price is high but I have used it for 4 months and it continues to work well. One gotcha is that you have to make sure to install the filter or it will not turn on. My son tried using it without the filter and we could not figure out why it would not start until the next day when I realized the filter was not installed. We only use this device in a couple corners of my pool where debris accumulates. Convenient for a quick cleaning in a couple small areas. Once you submerge it a bunch of bubbles come out so you have to wait for this to finish so you can see what you are doing. Suction is pretty good. Provided pole is too short but I use my skimmer pole. Happy so far.

I use this to clean my pool stairs that my robot doesn’t do a good job at. It’s also handy if you need to clean a small area and don’t want to run the robot. My only complaint would be the weird charging cable. It’s RCA on one end or something and USB-A on the other. If you lose that cord, your going to be in trouble.

Overall I love the cleaner. It’s easy to set up, works great, easy to clean out after use. My only complaint is that the unit does easily fit on my long pool pole. It comes with a short pole which is fine for shallow areas but you need a longer pole for the deep end of the pool. You can use the regular skimmer pole but you have to jam it on so that it doesn’t fall off in the water. Once it’s jammed on it’s hard to remove it from the pole. I wish the handle that came with it was longer. Overall it’s good for spot cleaning those hard to reach areas.

So pros, super easy to charge. Easy to take apart and clean the filters. Doesn't look to bulky in the corner, can sit out and not look ugly in the deck. The filter works great! Cons, I don't feel like the suction is that great. It was cheap so I can't complain to much but when I cut it off sometimes it drops its contents back in the pool. But it's light weight and easy to use, even my young kids use it. And when it does work it filters out everything.

I’m physically disabled at this moment and i was able to use this cleaner on my hot tub which was super dirty with grass, dirt and some leaves don’t know how they got there but they did, the machine was so easy to handle and move, it didn’t aggravate my Spondylolisthesis condition, it didn’t pull on my back and there for i was able to clean did ease, it’s light weight and taking the parts off to clean wasn’t bad on me either, look at how beautiful my hot tub after, sorry i didn’t take the before, there were so much dirt on the seats and the bottom.
