Unbelievably Awesome Vacuum and Brand!!!
Color: Gray
It all started two years ago when I initially purchased my Ultenic U16 Flex... That vacuum hit ALL the markers: Super low noise, strong suction, lightweight, ergonomic friendly design, intelligently crafted parts.. and a company who's customer service was through the roof epic! They sent me a free pack of HEPA filters for that first vacuum without even asking just for leaving an honest review much like this one. Now it's time to review the Ultenic AC1 Elite Wet Dry Vacuum! For reference, up to this point, I was using Hoover Floormate machines. The latest of which is a variant called the PowerDash. Decent vacuum, but it makes enough noise to wake Gilgamesh! 🤐 That, and the thing takes a long time to get the job done, but I hadn't considered that fact until tonight when I cleaned my floors with the AC1 Elite. This thing is no joke. It not only cleaned ALL my floors in half the time that the Hoover takes, but I was able to ditch the pre-vacuuming and get straight to the point being that this vacuums and mops all at once. Not to mention the noise was barely noticeable by comparison to the Hoovers I'm so used to. This makes twice as LESS noise as any Floormate or variant of Floormate, AND it automatically releases solution via sensors rather than needing to squeeze a trigger. It doesn't dump solution either. It releases the perfect amount every single time thanks to the smart mode it has, and it's super adept at drying floors ultra quickly as well! I'm so impressed by this thing that I'd buy two if I had a reason! Ultenic is turning out to be a seriously solid brand who is showing that they can easily overshadow any big name brand like Hoover or Dyson with the streamlined quality of their products and excellent customer service, coupled with their overall consistency as a brand. At this point, I doubt I'd invest in any other brand of vacuum. Ultenic just keeps nailing the flavor of every single want and need all wrapped up into a single cleaner and if you don't believe, you better get superstitious, because the more I invest in Ultenic's products, the happier I am. I was able to knock out an entire 1200 square foot house that is completely tile with the AC1 Elite Wet Dry Vacuum in half the time it takes with a Floormate. Half! And I was able to do it with multiple people sleeping soundly as this thing cranked all the way to maximum power. It's funny. The sound of the suction coming out of this vacuum is actually louder than the motor is at maximum power. It also has voice assistance that can be turned on or off and has different languages. This is the Cadillac of wet dry vacuums and Ultenic is the dealer. The performance is top tier. I love the cordless design and how lightweight it is too. The one thing I wish is that it had a removable battery in case I wanted to get a spare, but the duration as mentioned was feasible to get the whole job done at the end of the day. I swear I'm not a hired spokesperson lol. I just feel empowered enough to leave a review for this in the form of a most detailed breakdown, because I'm constantly wishing that somebody else would do this for me if I was on the fence about a major purchase! This is worth it. Jump in. You won't be sorry you did.

Outstanding!
Color: Gray
I first bought (from Amazon) a $90 Cordless Wet Vacuum that did a fine job, but after 3 emails to the manufacturer and a couple of hours researching Google and Amazon, I was unable to find replacement roller brushes. In other words, when/if the roller brush fell apart, the machine was a dead weight. Thanks to Amazon’s 30 day return policy, I was able to return. And after more research, I determined that the Ultenic AC1 Elite was my best bet, at an affordable price. AND, Amazon has Ultenic and generic roller brushes for the machine! After using the machine on a mixture of tile and wood floors, I am very pleased with the results. Great instructions, battery life, and ease of cleaning after using. Has a colored display that shows what mode you are in, with a push button to scroll through options. The rather loud voice confirming start/stop and modes can be silenced (yea!). Thank you to all the folks who have written reviews for this product that helped convinced me to purchase! Paying it forward…A+++

Very good product with two fatal flaws
Color: Golden
This is a very well made vacuum. It does a great job of picking up dirt and cat hair from laminate floors as well as carpets. The green light really does make it easier to see cat hair and other debris. The suction is very strong even on the lowest setting. The weight is good but it isn't as well balanced as it could be. The brush head was nice and wide but it was also rather heavy and unwieldy. The lay flat feature made it easy to clean under furniture and the "stand up" feature was very convenient. But the vacuum had two fatal flaws. First, cat hair moved from the dirt cup to above and around the filter. It was very difficult to get out. Secondly, the batter was really hard to attach and detach. Because of this, I returned this product and purchased a Rendow cordless stick vacuum. I haven't had any problems with it thus far.

LEAKS!
Color: Gray
This worked mostly fine the first few times and I don’t know how it went downhill so fast after that. I had a little bit of an issue from the very beginning where it would leak a little fluid the moment it was turned off, and I would have to wipe the floor with paper towels. It seemed like it was a little more each time. The last time I used it when it was done at the cleaning station it had flooded the base and all over my floor and underneath my baseboards. This vacuum just caused enough damage that we are going to have to replace the baseboard on that wall. I am frustrated and it is beyond the point of a refund. Maybe? After the first few times using it, I found myself grabbing my standard mop and just sweeping beforehand so I’ve held onto it longer than I should have.

Alot to like about this Wet Dry Vacuum
Color: Gray
My wife has been using this Ultenic Wet Dry Vacuum for about 2 months. It has cleaned every hard floor in the house from hardwood to vinyl. It is light weight and well engineered to be simple to use, it even is self propelled. The vacuum cleans well and picks up the water so that the floors dry very quickly. The battery has lasted for all of the floors with no sign of weakening. When it is time to clean the vacuum after use, the containers that hold the water remove and empty easily. The roller is easily removable as well with no tools required. When put back on the charger voice prompts suggest to activate the self cleaning feature while charging. Overall we are please with this product and would recommend for others to buy.

Sadly Disappointed
Color: Gray
The first few weeks it did an amazing job but I noticed the dirty water tank was difficult to put back in. The clean water tank would randomly pop out while in use. The suction of the water gradually decreased over time. The last month it was alive, it would randomly spew out a large amount of water and it increasing got louder. Keep in mind that it died less 4 months after it was purchased. The only 2 things it had going for it were the long battery life and light weight. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.

Best quality product
Color: Golden
I’m really impressed with this vacuum. It’s lightweight but still has strong suction, and it picks up dust, crumbs, and pet hair without any trouble. The green light on the head actually helps spot dirt I would’ve missed otherwise, which is a nice touch. Battery life is solid for my daily cleaning, and I like that it can lay flat to get under furniture easily. The attachments are useful, especially for tight spaces and upholstery. It’s also pretty easy to empty and clean. Overall, it feels well-designed and convenient. Definitely worth it if you want something powerful but easy to use. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
