For being “refurbished,” this Apple TV 4K was an amazing deal — it looked and felt practically brand new. It came in the original box with everything included, just as advertised. Setup was quick and easy, and the picture quality was exactly what I expected from Apple. I upgraded from an old Apple TV Gen 2 that couldn’t even download apps anymore, so this was a huge improvement. It’s super fast, and with 128GB of storage, I can basically mirror my entire phone if I wanted to. AirPlay works seamlessly across all my Apple devices, and I love that the remote can power my TV and control the volume — no need to juggle multiple remotes anymore. I didn’t expect to like this as much as I did and the only reason it’s 4 stars is because I think it shouldn’t be this expensive. That being said though, I enjoy using it and I was glad to see it was compatible with my projector and you can easily download apps like Crunchyroll and YouTube. My remote light doesn’t work…? I don’t know if that’s common, but the remote itself works, I just get no indication that the remote is changing, or if I hit a button other than the fact it just works. The scroll sensitivity on the remote is a little aggressive (and the remote has a C-type connection to charge it), but effective and I highly recommend it if you own a compatible projector because I pack this with mine and have a nice travel theater kit now. Don’t forget to install updates for it in settings! Overall, great product, I think for most people though, it’s too expensive, especially since most smart TV’s have the similar functionality built in already. ... show more
