I recently bought this product for a replacement for my older Wacom Cintiq 13HD. I am blown away at the quality of this product so far. Though I haven't used it extensively yet, from my tests this new tablet blows my old one out of the water. The 1440p resolution is fantastic and honestly the best bang for your buck at this size, the colours are bright and vivid too. There is virtually no parallax and the pen is very nice and responsive. The initial pressure activation point on the pen takes a little more pressure in comparison to my Wacom but it is still excellent and I wouldn't really count it as much of a down side. The driver setup was easy and it worked without any troubleshooting. Since I am from South Africa I had concerns regarding plug compatibility but the charging brick has support for our voltages here and all I needed was a new clover power cable and it worked like a charm. I'm very glad I took a chance on Huion. They are making fantastic products and if you are considering getting this drawing tablet and are wondering if you will be happy with it, then from one artist to another, I can fully endorse this product. The only thing I miss is the eraser nib at the back of my wacom pen. As far for other recommendations, because of the size of this drawing tablet, I'd recommend getting a macro pad like the CoolerMaster ControlPad for hotkeys to go along with this. As far as shipping goes, I received my product 6 days after purchase which is phenomenal considering I am in South Africa. It was packaged professionally and came without any problems that I can tell. Excellent supplier and service. I'd gladly buy from them again. Overall I rate this product a 9.5/10 with a major stamp of approval.

For people that want a good quality tablet without spending a lot of money on a Wacom tablet, it is a great alternative, I think it's a great tool for students and professionals too. The tablet is great, I like the drawing experience on it, the only con for me here is that the gamma level is not perfect on my PC (Huion said that it might be my old hardware, but I don't have an option to check that (I will update my review when I will have a chance to check it out)). Also, the stand that comes with it is really good, you can adjust it to almost any angle you want, and it is stable on the table. About the Huion support: Overall my experience with Huion support was good, it takes at least 3-4 days to get an answer from them, but they helped me with all my issues except with the issue of the gamma level that might be my PC fault. For a conclusion: I am happy with my purchase and will recommend this tablet to anyone that wants a good tablet with value for the money.

Overall: Product is very well built. Setting up / installing drivers on Mac and PC was easy. Would recommend to hobbyists and professionals. Setting up: There are more controls on the PC drivers to adjust brightness/contrast/colors at the software level, which was missing in the Mac side. Aside from that the USB-C to USB-C cable worked flawlessly on the 2019 MacBook Pro (intel based - 2.4Ghz i9) haven’t tested that on PC. On the PC side 3-in-1(HDMI + 2 USB) cable worked flawlessly as expected. Screen quality: Really happy with the display. No issues with brightness and color. Pixel density looks great on the 16 inch display. Looks fantastic for the price you pay! Stylus: No initial activation issues as reported in earlier models. Overall, it’s light (maybe too light when compared with Wacom stylus) and well built. Tip feels great when drawing, it’s firm. There is very very slight wobbling when drawing diagonal lines slowly in photoshop, but turning on smoothness solves it. Cons: My only negative feedback is the screen protector... despite watching all the youtube videos regarding how to peel off the screen protector properly. I still ended up peeling off the packaging “mask film” and the screen protector. As a result, dust particles got trapped under the screen display. Please be very very careful when peeling off the packaging “mask film” the moment when you peel and see a very reflective surface underneath, you are doing it wrong. I wish they packaged it in way to minimize user error. Also, the screen protector wasn’t applied correctly, and resulted a slight offset in one of the corners.

Adding this as my start into the digital graphic space, and this is by no means a starter tablet for graphics. It is robust with a lot of power for this medium. You can use as a beginner and definitiely as a pro. The price point is excellent, when compared to the higher end graphic boards and also considering what you get for the price. I did extensive comparing by watching various Youtube videos of professional artist comparing different brands like Wacom and Art Pen and for me the Huion brand surfaced on top, based on price when considering what you get for the price you pay. I run the tablet using my laptop, but I have also connected my iPad Pro to it and it works just fine. I complimented it with the Wacom Express Key Remote for Cintiq & Intuos Pro (ACK411050), which allows me to do a lot of the short-key keyboard functions remotely and seamlessly. I tried PhotoShope, Fresco, Clip Art Studio, which all worked very well. I wish that Procreate would work on the tablet as well but that software is strictly for the Ipad and Iphone market. All-in-all, as stated already this is well worth the purchase. Check out the Youtube videos on its capabilities, you will be glade you did!!!
