My Apple Pencil quit working so I purchased a knockoff pencil (not this one) and it worked fine except that it turned off all the time and I had to plug it in to charge it. I got fed up and bought another Apple Pencil but it wouldn’t work. I think something is wrong with my iPad but I wasn’t going to spend hundreds of dollars to fix my 2021 iPad. So I went looking for a pencil that would charge magnetically on my iPad and found this one (6 months ago). It is great! It stays on for a long time, although it will turn off eventually if you don’t use it for hours and hours. I’ve never had to use the charging port. It just stays charged from being on my iPad when I’m not using it. I have my digital planner and digital notebooks on my iPad so I use the pencil off and on all day, every day. I’ve never had it die and I’ve never had any issues with it. I saw my Apple Pencil in a drawer and realized how seamlessly this pencil replaced my beloved Apple Pencil and felt compelled to review it so that others can know how great it works. I’ve dropped it a couple of times but it keeps on working. I have a different tip on it because I like the fine tip metal ones the best. Highly recommend!

Amazing iPad pencil. I purchased this in January 2025, it is now November 2025. I have only charged this pencil with the cable twice in the almost whole entire year. It works excellent. It connects very well with my iPad. I tap the top of the pencil to turn it on and within 0.01 seconds, it's already connected. You have to be humble if you wanna make it seem like the real apple pencil because it obviously has the charging input area. I use it for nursing school and it's amazing for notes. I 100% recommend to save money.

I got this Stylus Pen for iPad for college, and it’s been working really well so far. It’s a great Apple Pencil alternative at a much lower price. What I liked: • Works smoothly for note-taking and drawing on my iPad. • Fast charging — I just plug it in every night and it’s ready to go. • Compatible with multiple iPad models, which is convenient. What could be better: • A couple of times it has frozen briefly, but it’s been easy to fix by reconnecting. • Not sure about long-term battery life since it charges via cable and doesn’t have a visible battery indicator. Overall: Solid choice if you want an affordable Apple Pencil alternative. I’d definitely buy it again!

This was so inexpensive that I fully thought it was a scam. This works great and the battery life is amazing. I've been using it in grad school for months and it's never died on me. I charge it for maybe 3 minutes before classes every week and it lasts forever. It is also magnetic like the actual apple pens so it sticks to the side on my ipad and it fits in the apple pen slots on my ipad cases. Unlike my actually apple pen, I've only had to connect this to my ipad once and it has never disconnected. There is really no lag when writing with it (notability) or drawing with it (procreate). Overall I'd say it's a great product for the price and it has help up really well.

I’ve never used an Apple Pencil so I’m not able to compare the two but I feel like this is an excellent alternative. It’s connected easily to my iPad Air and feels pretty smooth when using it. There’s an extremely short delay in the lines appearing on the screen but it’s nothing that bothers me and I believe this to be a normal thing with this type of accessory. The magnet in the Stylus Pen attaches well to my protective case for my iPad. I use it about 10-20 minutes a day and have only had to charge it once and I’ve owned it a month and a half now. If I had to buy a new one, I would probably buy this one again.

Great buy !! I absolutely love this stylus. My $130.00 iPad pencil quit working and just having it looked at cost almost what I paid for it. So I went in search of an alternative and found this stylus and took a leap of faith hoping it would work. To my surprise and enjoyment it worked better than my pencil ever did and it came with several replacement tips. But now I’ve lost it 🙁. No worries it’s so inexpensive I can just order a new one !!🥰. Bottom line I very highly recommend this product.

I could not be happier with this. Not only does it work flawlessly with my 2025 iPad, it feels and looks great too. It has a better weight than the pencil I tried in the store. In addition, the pencil perfectly connects to the side magnetically. The palm recognition compatibility is spot on, and it seems to work natively with all of the major note taking tools I use (Notes, OneNote, Notability). I cannot recommend this enough.

If you just need a tool for mark-up and scribbling, the Jamjake is an economical and reliable alternative to the Apple pencil. It is responsive to the screen and connects by magnet to the iPad edge. You can make screenshots with a swipe from the lower left, and a Quick Note from the lower right, of your screen. Draw a shape and hold the pencil to straighten your lines. As stated in the instructions, this pencil does not adjust line thickness to pressure. The on/off switch at the top is sensitive such that you might inadvertently turn the pencil off during use, a minor annoyance.
