It's actually a great box but my issue is...there is not enough space on it. You'd be better off ordering the Formuler ALPHA box and not the NEO. I ended up returning this box. I have lots of apps that I like to install on my boxes and this NEO wouldn't do the trick. It's a great box though.

I purchased these for my tv service and they work great. The boxes are thin and don’t take much space. The remote has all of the buttons including the red, blue, green one’s that we needed. I will be buying a few more.

Received refurbished box even though product details say it is new. Also was unable to use because box location was set to outside of North America even though I am in the US and would not allow me to use even after changing location to US. Very disappointed.
