It does what it advertises. Its priced great for what you get. This device is strictly a car cig lighter input. Remember, these ports used to be used with a cig lighter. Now they are power ports. The 12V standard car (not Truck) input only puts out about 120W. Go over that with plugged in devices with a higher power draw will only keep popping the fuse. Now, some do connect to the car battery with clamps, but, that is when you are parked, or moving with the engine running. You can get 1000W direct from car battery. Lastly, you could hardwire your inverter and enjoy up to 1000W of AC juice. Many of us will use this device to power a laptop, radar detector, small light, portable monitors and laptop accessories. many situations differ for reasons the user can only answer. I will say this, for me, this unit is ideal for my everyday use. Well built and also includes a Battery Voltage LED Monitor, 2 USB C PD ports, 2 USB A ports too. I love it. It doesn't sound like a jet taking off either which some higher wattage units use high power small fans = NOISE.. I've experienced that noise from a 500W unit and, it needs to be used while camping outside or similar. Not for moving or non-moving in car entertainment. For me, it powers my modern powerful laptop battery with no trouble. It powers my external monitor(s), 1 at a time. 200W is the best output for this cig plug type port. Otherwise you will just blow fuses if you use higher wattage devices. These include hair dryers/stylers, large battery backups, refrigerators and most home appliances. Make sure you know the watts required to use that device BEFORE you just plug it in! Laptops, MacBook's, tablets, portable monitors all work very well. Its when people camping try to brew a cup of coffee fall short on a 200W (100W usable, 200W peak). This setup REQUIRES a direct connection to the car/truck battery terminals. Very easy to do with small clamps. I'm looking in to hard wiring a more powerful inverter instead of the cig/power port. However, I do not really need that. Again, I am powering a laptop, a portable monitor and tablet/cell phone. Its a fantastic device! Very well made with "up to date" features. It has everything I want. It is ideal for many use cases. Just don't overload it! You will blow fuses only. Its rated at 200W and that is just right. we are not launching rockets here. We are looking for juice for our laptops, phones, GoPro batteries and, well you get the idea by now. This is an Amazon #1 new release. I'm not entirely sure of what that is, but, I bought one and I can agree! Modern, silent and with car voltage digital readout. A plentiful, powerful device here in this new '2025' invertor. Grab it now as it will probably sell out. Its a solid choice and highly recommended for a 200W rated device plus the extra goodies baked in!

This car converter is so handy! It's a power block that you plug inside your car cigarette lighter and it has different style and size plugs for different devices you can plug in. This one is really cool because it even comes with the option to plug in standard plugs with two prongs. This is great for power outages! Would even be handy got camping or on the go. Very cool product. It was affordable too, I feel like I got a great deal. It's durable and made very thick. Works really well and doesn't make any noise. Everyone should think about getting one of these . I can not think of anything more useful this little device.
