We bought this for our fifth wheel camper. We had the original jayco mattres, if you could call it a mattress. Difference between night and day! Very comfortable. Be sure to open the plastic wrap up in the camper and let it decompress a day or two.

Purchased 5/26/23 on SALE (YAY!) - So I feel like we got a steal! A few days after purchasing it was $220 more. I love getting a good deal. And I REALLY appreciate when the product is exactly what I'm wanting... This is a large purchase for many, so I want to give you a through review of what I think thus far. I feel like a month of use allows enough time for a fair assessment. Firstly, when we received the mattress we followed the instructions to the letter (VERY IMPORTANT). I think some people that order mattresses don't realize just how important that piece is for the longevity and quality of your mattress. After letting it expand fully w/o any bedding on it for 3 days and nights we finally got to sleep in it. The mattress itself is amazing!! I'm not a mattress expert. Our previous mattress was more memory foam and soft. This feels more like a mattress with a box spring - similar to the ones I had as a child - but SO much better!! On a scale of 1-10 on firmness I'd give it an 8. The mattress itself is soft and comfortable. Bouncy. But it doesn't mold to your shape like the memory foam type mattress. The one thing I don't like is that it feels smaller than a queen. But that could just be error on my part. Going from a king down to a queen mattress... I might not be the best judge on size assessment. However, as we've gotten used to it. I really do love it. I sleep better, don't feel like I toss and turn as much, and don't wake up with awful back/hip aches. Would I have spent $500 on this mattress just reading reviews and not being able to see or feel it? No, it's very doubtful. Just being honest. What I can genuinely tell you is that it's worth it. If you need a mattress that is affordable and will last you should really consider this one. It's a mattress I would have chosen had it been in a store.

Getting a Bedstory mattress to actually deliver to me from Amazon was a huge hassle in and of itself, but after a month of issues with a previous mattress from this brand that never came and my daughter sleeping on the floor on an air mattress for a month, this item finally arrived. Her body pain she thought stemmed from her previous mattress has lessened, but not fully gone away. The support of this mattress is decent, but not superb. It's not uncomfortable, but not extremely comfortable either. As the title says, it's just okay. It also did not fully inflate to 14 inches, but it's more than 12. Somewhere in the 12.5-13 inch range. The price also dropped nearly $150 just a couple days after I ordered (days before it was even delivered), which is a little infuriating. If you just need an average, decently comfortable but not amazing mattress for an acceptable price (if it stays low..), it's probably worth it. I would consider purchasing one again for under $400, but probably not more than that (it was close to $500 when I ordered, it was $332 shortly after, $420 as of today's date, so it drastically seems to vary day-to-day). Edited To Add: A month and a half in and it's already losing support and has been for a couple weeks now. My daughter is small, so not a size issue. One side is already softer and less supportive than the other and her pain is getting worse again. Disappointing.

We have been having several good and bad experiences with memory foam, the main issue is always too soft (memory foam absorbs too much force) to get off or roll on the bed. My friend heard our complaint and recommend this one, it totally changed our definition of a memory foam bed. The mattress itself is quite heavy as queen size, we had to return 14 inches and get 12 inches because our bed frame can't handle the weight. The firmness is so far the best one I have experienced out of multiple memory foam mattress brands, it's actually firm and bouncy (that's right, bouncy like a regular spring mattress). We have had good sleep for over a few weeks now after using this product, especially since it also relieves back pain if I lay on the bed too long. If you have a similar problem as I experienced above, you should definitely give this one a try.

Originally I didn’t have high expectation since I had delivery issue the first time. Finally I received the bed, I hurry to open and let it expand to a full mattress for at least half a day to laid on it and surprisingly it was soft and firm as the way I wanted it. Had to make sure that this was the bed for me so I waited for few days to write my review and the answer is yes. The bed was very comfortable and slept really well. Now I can go ahead and toss away my old bed.
