Good for the price, but my high schoolers just cannot stop bending/slapping them on the table, and they definitely break. These are good for each student to have their own, but definitely not for a class set. You will need something much sturdier if sharing.

I used these rulers in a multi-point water level. I selected this item because of the transparency, so I could see the liquid clearly. The only annoyance is common to all such rulers - the Metric begins on one side and one end, the English at the other side and other end - you cannot use the ruler to make the conversion.
