I like this tape measure. I have always trusted DeWalt and this tape measure did not let me down. Nice and thick. I have had it out to 10' without bending or twisting. It shows fractions which is a plus. The numbers are large and easy to read without my reading glasses, another plus for me. The lock and clip work good. It is very rugged and good quality. My only complaint is that the when the tape measure is set down on a surface it rests on the catch at the end of the tape and does not rest on the case itself. It enables you to stop it and maintain a specific measurement without having it automatically retract while you're trying to measure something. Someone keeps walking off with mine. This is a nice, heavy duty tape measure that is easy to hold. The finger stop on the bottom is handy. The finger protector at the end of the unit is a plus. The printed measurements are easy to read. I have an identical Dewalt tape measure that actually has "Atomic" printed on it, which this does not, even though it has the same model number and is advertised as Atomic.
