Solid performing tape measure. Seems well built For what I've done with it, it does the job. However, I'm not a contractor or anything like that. I use it around the house and to measure boxes when I ship on eBay. One thing that may be nice for some people, is that it has 4 screws, holding the halves together. So, if you have a problem with retraction etc. You may be able to service it yourself. Feels good in the hand, but the case it made entirely of plastic, so how it holds up on a job site, in weather etc. I can't say as I don't use it that way. This one has only been outside once and it was a dry day. If you are looking for Inches and CM's on the bottom, this is NOT the tape for you. It has inches on the top, and a break down of inch measurements on the bottom if you can't read the upper lines. ... show more
