I purchased the incubator on the 23rd of this month, on the 27th I placed my eggs for incubation, and everything went fine until today. My eggs are supposed to be at day 7 today, instead they’re at day 1 now. The chicken indicator light is off from on, it shows that my incubator has been set up for the constant temp setting even I’ve set it up for the fully automatic, I cannot reset it, and I’m terrified that I might have to throw away my eggs because of these issues. I followed the instructions to a T, yet something is off. I highly believe I got a returned product as the incubator was wrapped in seran foil.

This worked great and was very easy to use. The water bottle holder for humidity didn’t work with a water bottle, I just would top off the base with water once or twice a day. I was worried about there being enough air once chicks hatched as my other incubators state to keep the vent wide open. This didn’t say anything nor did anything come up on YouTube videos. I had 5/6 eggs hatch and the chicks had enough air so I assume you don’t have to do anything. 🤷🏼♀️ The internal light was great and the candler light worked well. The door and handle are pretty flimsy but overall this is a good product and I would recommend it to others.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this unit in August and had my first hatch. It was very easy to put together and get started. I used the auto settigs for chickens, and it did great keeping the temp & humidity. I had 19 large chicken eggs to put in. It could have held maybe 2 or 3 more if I had had them. I candled early on day 19, and showed me I had 5 eggs that didn't develop. Late on day 19 and early on day 20, they started hatching and now have 14 chicks in the brooder. I like having the box type with the door, instead of the dome type, because you can open and do what you need to do without losing very much heat. It's easy to clean up and sanitize for your next batch. I am very happy with this purchase.

First let me say I am happy with the performance overall of this incubator. I have hatched 6 chicks and 3 ducks so far with it! That being said the buttons DO NOT work. You can't change the settings or use the the candler. It makes using it quite difficult. The company reached out to help me resolve it and ended up sending me another unit. The unit I recieved was clearly used as it was filthy and damaged upon arrival. I do not recommend this product.

This incubator will hold a lot of tiny eggs, holds a good temperature, the 2 shelves can be adjusted. The only trouble is getting the water jug attached without spilling any water. We bought a longer hose and that really helped.

I typically prefer to start with the positives, but there are several significant issues with this incubator that prevent me from recommending it. First, the humidity system is poorly designed. The humidity chamber is fed by a water bottle, but attaching the bottle is incredibly frustrating and messy—it's nearly impossible to do so without spilling water everywhere. Additionally, the chamber is very small and uses cotton pads to maintain humidity. These pads can become moldy over time, which is an obvious problem. On top of that, cleaning the humidity box requires removing four screws, a tedious and inconvenient task. The atomizer, which is held in place by metal screws below the water line, began rusting after only two uses. I suspect that if I had used it further, the rust would have compromised the entire system, possibly breaking the plastic piece holding the atomizer. Unfortunately, I haven't had any successful hatches with this incubator so far. While the temperatures and humidity seem stable, it’s worth noting that the set temperature displayed on the device was consistently 4 degrees lower than the actual internal temperature, as verified by two separate thermometers. This discrepancy could be a factor in my first hatch failure, as I did compensate for this on my second hatch, but either way, it’s not a good sign. The user interface is another source of frustration. The buttons on the front panel are unreliable; they sometimes work, but other times they are unresponsive, which makes adjusting the settings more of a gamble than it should be. Cleaning the device is a hassle. To clean the humidity chamber, you have to unscrew it from the back, making routine maintenance more complicated than necessary. The only reason I purchased this incubator was for the worm gear rolling system, which I hoped would provide a gentler and more effective way to rotate the quail eggs I incubate. Sadly, it did not improve my hatch rates at all, which was a major disappointment. In conclusion, this incubator has too many design flaws to justify the price. With unreliable buttons, a flawed humidity system, temperature inaccuracies, and difficult cleaning, your money would be better spent on a different incubator. I can’t recommend this product based on my experience.
